Jazmin sold me a phone that she knew wouldn't work in my area…read more She said that service wouldn't be as good as what I have now, but not that I would have NO service. She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

I cannot complain…read moreabout the cell service, but our "brand new" phones were constantly having issues which no online tech, or in store (extremely unprofessional and seemingly unknowledgeable representative) could ever assist us with. We even paid an extra fee per month for insurance which was not even through Boost, and never seemed to be able to offer any help whatsoever. They wanted a deductible based on the original cost of your phone, anywhere from $50 to $300 just to review your case, and could never give me an answer as to how long I would have to go without a phone, which is extremely unacceptable when attempting to secure a job, or simply have a phone you're paying a bill for that you cannot use. I highly recommend checking out Sprint (which is very affordable, and the employees are extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist you) Verizon, or AT&T before giving Boost your money. Sorry Boost, you just aren't on your game, I suggest all of your employees get on the same page, and work on your professionalism.

Explaining things to you and comparing…read moreproducts, etc. However, sometimes you will have to wait a while to speak with the pharmacist, because he's doing the same for the customer before you. I also appreciate that they realize the costs of vitamins, supplements, etc, are very expensive and will try to find a way that will provide you with the most relief, in the most inexpensive way they can. I also like that they use their reference books to do this, ie, finding 2 items that when combined, may allow me not to have to purchase a third item instead. I also really appreciate them referring to their reference books for safety, when prescribing herbs, etc, especially for people who have certain conditions where for example, a prebiotic might not be a safe choice. They are the best when it comes to apothecaries!

I drove to the…read morestore before I had to go to work and when I pulled up at 2pm the open sign was lit up and there was a clock that said the employee would return at 12pm but there was no one there and the doors were locked I had tried calling earlier in the day 5 times and got no answer so I assumed maybe they were just busy. I found out after driving there that they were closed. It would have been nice if they had left a message saying they were closed for the day because it wasted my time. I know some stores are temporarily closed due to Covid-19 but seriously if you say you're open online you should probably be open!!

    First time visiting this AT&T or any AT&T here in the NCR but, the experience was undoubtedly the…read morebest I've had when dealing with customer service/retail at any store/business, any state, EVER (I've only been to CA and VA but still, everyone else in the hospitality/people business needs to be put in jail or stoned to death compared to the help & knowledge given at this store). Ryan B. was the representative working with me. He displayed composure, tact and discipline while dealing with other unsufferable (I wanted to yell at these bozos for him) clients prior to assisting me. When my time came, he made sure to explain EVERY option I had when it came to upgrading my phone. Additionally, he even assisted with comparing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro with other competing models, for both the ones AT&T is authorized to carry and 3rd party devices available online. In summary, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Also, your point of sale system is buggy AT&T and y'all NEED to find a new contract for it cuz whoever has your money now, ain't worth SQUAT.

Ryan and Jason are truly professional and earned my business as I was looking into switching from another cell provider. Not all AT&T stores are alike and my experience with one other was awful. If I had not already dealt with Ryan at the Stafford Marketplace location, I may not have even switched to AT&T. They did not receive the S20 Ultra on the day of release which is why I went to the other store which did have it in stock. In the end, I would rather wait a week or even a year if I had to in order to work with friendly, competent and professional people like Ryan and Jason. They handled everything and I got the phone a few days later so it all worked out. Corporate needs to praise this store and make it the model for other regional stores. The next step for corporate would be to go ten miles south and clean house in that location.
