Despite the cancellation, and proof of cancellation. I later received a $117.37 bill from a collection agency. When I contacted T-Mobile customer support, they referred me to the Davis store where the purchase was made. The Davis store then directed me to the Woodland location, but they were not willing to help resolve the issue. I drove to Woodland, they told me that the Davis store needs to take care of this, and called the Davis store themselves- again, the Davis store was not willing to help, they told us there is currently no manager and they can't help. I called T-Mobile's help line again to ask if I could receive a credit if I paid the collection agency. The representative acknowledged that none of this was my fault, but still said they couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. "That it was out of their hand now!" I have a receipt for the cancelled SIM card order. I believe this is unethical, irresponsible customer treatment by the Davis store, T-Mobile, and possibly illegal.
