They wouldn't even look for the repair ticket in their computer system unless we had the specific date of the transaction which sounds like the most outdated computer system on the planet. You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
