In addition to that, they request that the buyer ship the items to fix via UPS, yet on return shipping they cheap out and go USPS. I even had two products in this first shipment that they risked back with USPS. With this kind of hypocrisy, I wonder what they're doing behind the scenes as regards to taking care of the customer's belongings.
