Poor Customer Service. They put you on hold and forget about you when you try to cancel your plan and switch to another plan. They try to talk you out of it by giving you a song and dance of upgrades, but meanwhile, they refuse to deal with you when you want to say you wanna cancel. read more

The young man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, finding an appropriate phone in stock and making sure that I was up and running before I left. Don't go here if you suffer from anxiety or are remotely nervous in any way. They have horrible service to anyone with a mental disability. I was with my mother, I am someone who struggles with change and swapping phones is hard for me. I was stressed and asking for assistance in what to do when I started having trouble resetting it to trade it in. The women behind the counter called me disrespectful and scolded me even when I showed clear signs of distress and obviously I was hyperventilating. The women called me ungrateful, rude and horrible towards my mother for simply having a panic attack. When a customer is on the spectrum, has a mental disorder or anything of the sort you do not scold them publicly in order to get profit from their parent or guardian. The woman who assisted me was disturbing with how she handled the situation. I would genuinely ask people to avoid this place, they're horrible and not accessible for anyone. They also didn't know what a windows operating system meant. So I grately question there credentials and ethics as an establishment towards there disabled customers and there lack of knowledge on the matter of technology. I'd file a genuine complaint but unfortunately don't know how to do so. read more

Stay away!! I was told by A.J. that my would be $215 a month and later learned that my actual bill was closer to $290 per month. I asked AJ several times about the amount of the bill and was blatantly lied to. I asked for him to have his manager call me to discuss this and never received a call from manager. I also called corporate and received zero help!! So, I now switched to T Mobile and I will be paying $176 per month. I will be saving over $ 100 per month. Goodbye Verizon!! Shame on you for not supporting a loyal customer of more than 20 years!! I would give a zero rating if I could!! Don't shop here!! read more

Terrible customer service !!!! I was lied to about the value of my old phone. They told me they couldn't take my phone at the time of my purchasing my new phone , but I could come back when I got my new bill and I would receive a credit of $265.00. I returned after my first bill , shown a screen that said my phone was worth $265, but needed to wait one more bill cycle. I get my next bill today & go to the store with my phone and I am told I will only be receiving $132.00 The phone has been in a drawer in my home , no new "cracks" , but today they claim it has a crack on the front that makes it worth less. There is NO way this phone has a new crack. They just wanted to make the sale for my new phone. BEWARE !!! If I could give no stars , I would !!!! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Needed a new phone after going 3-4 years without a new one and walked into the store without a single clue of what I wanted and the amazing stafff helped me select a new phone for me and my dad. Unfortunately for us my dad forgot all of his passwords for his Emails and Iclouds but with the help of the team they helped us reset all of his passwords and get all his info back! Verizon is losing its good reputation , I had a account with them for over 4 years, I had problem with a payment they put me on. Cash basic. I pay for extra technology support with the insurance plan they only fix my problem that I have maybe 50 % of the time and sometimes I call back either I end up fixing the problem myself or goes not fixed i have note 5. I tried talking with the supervisor and I was tuff Shit about the cash basic I have to be on this for 6 months before they take me off . T mobile will buy anyone out of there Verizon contact and there service is just as good. Which I am thinking about doing. read more

I so wish that I had read Jeff's review before I purchased my new phone at this store. I dealt with Vinny years ago who was a pleasure and was very honest. Can't say the same about current person that runs the store. Jeff using the term shady seems to fit perfectly. Watch out that you do not get billed a different amount than informed and then get entirely different paperwork after the return period expires. Stick to corporate owned stores since some of these fly by nights or crookedly run stores could change the deal too easily and then use Verizon corporate as their billing puppet to pull off their dishonest billing practices. Saw numerous people come into store with issues and where there's smoke there's usually fire. Take my advice and go to corporate store. Try the one in RVC. They couldn't fix my issue even if they knew that the non franchise Verizon store rep lied but at least they appear to be sincere and honest. I am sure there are many that were cheated so I hope I could do my part to warn future customers to be real careful at this-store. Trying to speak to the mysterious manager is also an adventure. Watch out for the shady employees here at Verizon. This is a re seller store acting as an official Verizon dealership. They are not and when you purchase from them, Verizon Corporate office can not help you because you did not purchase from an actual Verizon store. Especially watch out for Manny and Vinny. These 2 will lie and fast talk you into deals, when in reality they say one thing and then do another. They also lie about the phone rebates. I added 2 lines and 6 months later the rebates still have not shown up. They keep the rebates for themselves, and when you follow up with them they will either lose your contract info, or constantly lie about not being in the store with a promise to get back to you. read more

Thank you Gary for going above and beyond in helping me upgrade my iPhone today. I am not tech-savvy so although this process seemed daunting and confusing to me at first, Gary helped make an exciting and happy experience for me. Gary walked me through each of the available iPhone products to decipher which would be best for my needs. Once we decided on a certain model/storage, he realized that the phone was not in stock in the store. Instead of leaving me at a dead end or making me wait a few days for it to come in, Gary offered to pick up the model from their other store in PLAINVIEW. As if that wasn't enough, he offered to transfer all of my information over to my new phone to ensure I had everything I needed and could trade in my old phone to receive $50. I truly can not believe the level of customer service I experienced today and will be sending my family to this location and requesting Gary's assistance from now on. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this one is necessary. This place scammed me like no other. I went in there to help my father with his iPhone 6. I was with sprint at the time. They sold me on switching over to Verizon because the service was better and because of a "special program" it wouldn't cost me anything at the time because Verizon was supposed to buy me out of my contract. We called sprint while I was in the store with a rep, his name was Phil. He spoke to them and assured me he would be able to get a me a pre paid visa gift card from Verizon to pay off my sprint balance of i made the switch today. He told me the program had to work this way because Verizon can't directly pay sprint so I can just use the gift card Verizon was "supposed" to send and pay off the balance. I said you know what Phil this is so great let me get another business line for work while I'm here. So the salesman got me, I never got a gift card for the balance on my bill, what I got was an early termination gift from sprint for 905 dollars lol... Isn't that Amazing this sleezy cellphone salesman lied about the program to make a sale ( they work off of commission) and when I had corporate on the phone and walked into the store they refused to refund me even after corporate told them they were completely wrong about the program. The reason they don't have to listen and refund me is because they are a 3rd party brokerage separate from Verizon. DONT GO TO THESE 3rd PARTY CELL PHONE DEALERS!!! Go to the actual corporate offices they don't scam you, and if they do they are held accountable by the head Verizon office, these guys are not subject to any of that because they are 3rd party. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more
