DO NOT DEAL WITH HUGO. Hugo has no integrity and will lie about anything and everything about your line/plan to line his greedy pockets. He'll have a warm and welcoming front but don't let it fool you. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. This guy put a car charger in the bottom of my bag after i explicitly informed him that i didn't want one and had no use for one. ($29.99). He "upgraded" me and gave me a wireless pad charger than conveniently doesn't work with any phone that has a case.($49.99). He never asked if i had wanted any protection plan, yet included it anyway($17 monthly). He informed me that trading in my iPhone X would be a $700 trade in value, meaning I'd only have to pay $49.99 more to pay off the iPhone 11. However, he lied. The trade in value is actually $500 and the promotional gift card of $200 was the $700 value he was trying to sneak past me. He mentioned that I'll have $200 to spend on accessories on top of the trade in value. Wrong. Also informed me that i would receive this $200 card before my first bill. That was yet another lie. The card only comes after 45 days of the line being in service. His estimate was $88 for my line and phone payment each month and a $40 activation fee=$128. Somehow, through all his lies and deceit, my phone bill is $382 this month. DO NOT DEAL WITH HUGO and get everything in writing. Complete scum. Careful and look for the fine print. Also, check your bags to make sure they didn't try to sneak something in. read more

The last time I was there, I was looking for a phone. About to buy the sales rep was somewhat helpful. I asked her would you be able to help me to set it up? "No" we don't do that here. (friends of mine were able to set-up there phones by them) Which is not true. I've brought my other phone in here and that sales rep had set my phone up for me, he was very helpful and polite. I literally thought I posted my review Sunday evening but I couldn't find it here so I'm completing it now. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for a few years (this store) and I am happy to say the customer service has been great. From the first visit until now I have been pleased with the way I am treated at these site on Moreno Beach Dr. Management had changed a few times but the service has not. This past Sunday I went in to discuss the fact I had no cell phone usage, I broke two phones and was in no mood to spend more money. Andrew, provided me with an overview of my account, showed me ways to save money, shared documents needed to send in to insurance and he also held me download an app that let me stay in touch on my tablet while I decide what to do about my phone crisis. Customer service is so important and I totally believe this is what makes loyal customers. I went into the store feeling frustrated because I knew I had to fix my phone and it was going to cost me money I had not intended to spend. I left the store feeling confident and that is largely attributed to the fact Andrew took his time and assisted me with all of my concerns. read more

We had a broken screen. under warranty they sent out a technician. Technician did not hook up screen correctly. Now we can not talk or hear anything when making outgoing calls or incoming calls. Verizon said we can not have a working phone for 4 days. We have a business and need to talk to clients all day long. It is not good when we do not respond to our clients. The reason for the 4 days is because of our zip code. They will not overnight a phone to our location. I do not live in a 3rd world country, I live in Riverside County. The answer from Verizon is for us to go buy another phone at our expense so we don't miss any calls. read more

Frontier wifi is by far the worst wifi provider I have ever experienced. I did a bundle with direct Tv and was informed I had to use frontier. The first week was tolerable. Up until I could not even use direct tv to playback a tv show due to slow wifi. Contacted frontier and was informed to move the router closer. Could not get much closer than 10 feet with a direct line to the tv. If you contact customer service and do not pay a ton of money for wifi then you will be treated horribly. They will use all of the terms and acronyms that you have no idea what they mean. Eventually they will tell you that they can not help you, and you will have to upgrade your service for better wifi. Wanted to cancel my devices and the customer service rep laughed and said I still had 5 months of a contract or I could pay money for early termination (I believe $300). I would give frontier negative stars if it was available. I switched to charter internet (no contract, great customer service, and FAST wifi). Do yourself a favor and do not use frontier wifi. read more

Lazy Chad!!!! After you buy a $800+ phone you expect help setting it up, Lazy Chad said no one does that at the store which is B***Sh**! So I got the pointers from other helpful folks and set the phone up in less than 15mim, which Lazy Chad said would take 45min or more!!! They suck bad. A billion dollar communication company that can't communicate!!!! Never again Triple package with one movie channel for a grand total of $450 a month! We canceled all of that. And got only Internet service with Wi-Fi 75/75 MB per second. And this will cost us $99.99 a month. All of this is a bit ridiculous bye-bye Verizon! read more

Verizon sold out a great service, I was a loyal customer for over 9 years until they sold to Frontier communications. Do not use this company even at risk of death! The other side is probably better! I am far to upset to post an epic rant so please forgive me for the bluntness of this review. Never use this company if you value your time, money, service, or mental well being. customer abuse is what you will get along with more than double the bill promised with half the service and none of the respect a customer deserves. The subscription service is horrendous. My father in law is 64 years old and has Verizon Fios. Twice in the past two months we have sat down to rent a movie on Fios on Demand and the movie does not come through properly. There is a bunch of interference. The first time after spending over an hour correcting the issue with a Verizon rep over the phone where we did a reboot, unplugged the equipment for fifteen minutes requiring us to move out the entertainment center to get to the wires in the back, and going through trouble shooting we were finally able to watch the movie. I gave my father in law a Nest learning thermostat for Christmas so when the service was all reset so were all the settings and passwords on the wifi and internet access. These devices all had to be reprogrammed! The second time the movie failed to play when ordered it took over an hour as well to repeat all the same steps! Absolutely ridiculous. The worst part came when my father in law realized that now he cannot connect to his wifi with his mac anymore which is seemingly caused by the reboot. He cannot even get it to connect on a LAN anymore, possibly because the mac was performing an update when the Verizon internet service was rebooted. All of this so that we could pay Verizon $5 to rent a movie!!! So disappointing. read more

Frontier Communications is the worst service! I was actually somewhat happy with Verizon despite the price but this new company sucks. Their customer service is terrible and so is their website and Internet service. I will be moving in 2 months and I'm dumping them. I just don't have time for Internet that is so slow I can't get any work done and for phone calls to their company that don't get answered after 30 minutes. Screw that. read more
