The people who work here really suck. Two weeks in giving me the run around about fixing my phone. Finally they said we'll you just have to call around to see who has the part needed for your phone. Two weeks without my phone. I needed this for business. So I did call around. The insurance only covers repairs from this company. In calling around my frustrations only increased. Noone seemed to have the part or be able to order it. I called all over the Inland Empire . I thought it was just this company. BUT then I called the Chino store. Mark the manager answered the phone. He said to change the claim to the Chino store and he could order the part needed. If you need your phone fixed go to the CHINO store and see Mark Holmes. He is an angel. OK, soooo...I was told they'd take UP TO 2hrs to fix my barely used Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that wouldn't cycle past the 1st screen after restarting. There was nobody else there and it was about 11am. The guy said he would call me to pickup my cell or give me the status. *After OVER 3hrs, I just went back in, because surely it was near or finished at this point, right? NO, with only 1 person waiting to be assisted...they still couldn't turn the cell on past the point I could...so no update. Then, after waiting another 90 minutes or so in their parking lot (because I live too far to go home & come back again).......you guessed it, they still never called me!!! I had to go back inside and was told they couldn't restart the phone either. -_- Apparently it was a problem with the "mother board" that I see they've given numerous others with this issue after Googling. They never showed any empathy towards my utter disappointment. Their lack of skills is unmatched. There was no apology for NEVER calling me, even after the quoted time to fix the phone or provide an update more than DOUBLED!!! When I got the phone back, the entire back popped open, like a book. He even asked for my lock screen passcode like wtf?!? I would avoid taking your phone here at all costs! This small shop is next to a very popular eatery. When we drove up we thought the line of people was for the shop. Thankfully it was for the restaurant. We were panicking because this was our last hope to fix our iPhone a day before midterms. Once the doors opened, it was chaotic at first. Even though we had an appointment, there was not a separate line for walk-in's. Once we got helped, the phone was fixed. We were done in less than an hour. They either don't answer the phone, take forever to answer, or are rude for no reason as if you calling is ruining their day. This is after they told me they would call me by 3 to tell me the diagnostic that I told them in my description that i am sure they don't read. Mind you I called right before closing; I gave them extra time to call the customer "ME"!! Then get this, they tell me the tech went home for the day and they will tell me tomorrow. I dropped it off at 12 with an appointment and the tech never looked at it? Well now I am stuck because I payed for some asurion plus and they have my device. So I wait and wait and by 3 the next day I call them again because I work nights and need to sleep, but do they care? No, they are rude and can barely speak english so you cannot understand them. They tell me what I already know and tell me they have to order parts; oh great a tech replace shop doesn't have parts in stock great, so I couldve ordered this all myself and had it before they even knew what was wrong with it. Of course I just say okay and ask how long, they say by the end of the week (this was on a Tuesday) and will call me Friday to update me. At this point I forget about it for a few days until my calender reminds me Friday at noon. I wait till about 4 and call because as I have learned they do not call the customer; they answer and tell me the parts haven't shown up. Okay that happens, when is the expected delivery... "we don't know", what do you mean you don't know? This is 2025... put in your shipping number and check it, he then just tells me Monday which I am sure he lied and just told me so I would hang up. Then beginning with Monday I feel like the groundhog day movie is my life, wait for call, no call, I call, rude, no answers. This Lasts until Friday when I call again and they tell me it is fixed and ready for pickup. Finally this is over. Oh wait, theirs more; I forget to cancel this asurion plus and 3 months later today I break my phone at work. I think no big deal; I'll take it to my barely English speaking brethren and go through the horrible process to get my much needed phone fixed. When I walk in I wait nearly 10 minutes and after 2 other customers walk in does a guy come to the front. Rude and acting like I'm bothering him being there; funny enough he knows I was coming I had an appointment. I tell him my screen is broken and half responsive so I can't use the asurion app to file a claim but I pay for it and just need the phone fixed. Then he smiles and tells me asurion covers everything but phones... so all devices is not all devices... its all devices except the most common one carried in everyone's pockets. I could see the happiness on his face telling me they had lied and scammed me and then could fix the phone for $400. Id rather use a landline then give these middle eastern scammers my hard earned money after the way they have treated me. I will be talking to a lawyer about deceiving business practices because they deceived me, their website is deceiving. read more

As soon as I walked in with my son, A male greeted us. He asked what was our concern with the phone. My son explained to him it's not charging correctly. He took the phone to the back and cleaned it. He showed us that the phone now charges. My son was so excited and happy he didn't want to get another phone at this time. Austin took care of us from beginning to end. If I could leave zero stars I would, the customer service is horrendous!!! I dropped off my tablet to be repaired 1/2/24 and was told my item would be ready on 1/3/24. Since then I received no communication at all so I went there today. I provided my receipt and was told that my item still was not ready and had not yet even been worked on. The gentleman helping me was an arrogant and unsettling tone and he said it wasn't their fault because the technician didn't show yet there were multiple employees on site working on items. I would not have been upset except that there was ZERO communication. Then when I started to confront him about my concerns he told the technician I was picking up my items even though that wasn't what I requested. He was laughing in my face and talking about me in the back room knowing I could hear him. Please avoid this place at all costs.... Went to get an estimate for my laptop screen repair. Considering the time it would take to diagnose amd source the screen, they suggested to use the Asurion Home Plan. Has a 30 day waiting period but seeing that I can still use the laptop then the wait is acceptable. Will submit my claim then, if they can't fix, then the laptop is just replaced. Fixed my phone in the amount of time they said.. there is a country kitchen next door and a Costco if you have a member ship 2 hours blows by quickly a little hard to find not that much seating they had trash T.V. and I was thougrouly entertained while waiting. I brought my cell phone in last week to be fixed. I have a Samsung A13 5g phone. The girl told me they have the parts and come back in 2 hours. Came back to pick up and was told the phone was not 5G and they had to order. They told me 2 to 3 days and they would call. Went to the Moreno Valley mall and the phone was fixed with in 1 hour. To my surprise the tech showed me the old part and where it said 5G on it. Even more surprising was the price. It was 15 dollars cheaper. Dissappointed. Attention to detail should be a priority. The staff called and informed that my phone was fixed and I made arrangements to pick up my device. However, at arrival the front staff informed me that my device was not fixed. In fact, it turned out that my phone wasnt fixable, and the tech had mixed up my phone with another customer's phone. It was nerve shatterering news. I'm not sure what to believe. I walked out feeling uneasy. The least possibility, a staff should have considered to call me back to inform me of the mix up and not wait 3 hrs later for me to arrive at the store. One might argue that it was a simple resolution to a simple mistake and it was a free diagnostic, but its the principle behind the professionalism. read more
