We went in without an appointment and only had a wait a few minutes for what I would say is probably one of the best customer service experiences with AT&T ever!! The manager, George Rodriguez, was able to set us up with new phones and new plans, while multitasking and single-handedly managing and running the entire store on his own. Coincidentally, I had the benefit of George's assistance at the AT&T South Omaha store only a half a year ago and recall his excellent service there too! The store is neat, clean, offers of variety of products in a comfortable atmosphere. Everything offered is a solid value. Free Wi-Fi is also available while you wait. Highly recommend this store over any Apple Store experience.

We switched to verizon a few years ago and somehow going to verizon tonight is the only time I really remember! First, as you walk into the door, someone greets you and asks how they can help you. Once we said we had an appointment with Nico, the greeter immediately told Nico we were there and we didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes to see him. I honestly think we only waited 2 minutes for him to actually meet us! Anyways, Nico is probably the most friendly and accommodating customer service representative at a phone place I have every encountered. He spent 30 minutes with us trying to switch phones and other random things we needed to do at verizon today. He did not seem rushed or anything! The level of service and care she gave was amazing, patient with the older not techy folks that arrived and also those of us that had extremely detailed questions on cameras in Android phones. I was impressed by her knowledge, communication and ability to look up answers when she didn't have all of them. Only downside is I felt not all the fees were disclosed when settling on a phone. It has been multiple years since my last phone purchase and after selecting a phone and being told the price, at checkout I was told about multiple other fees...new line service fees, data transfer fees etc, and that the trade in would be credited over 36 months. It over doubled the price of the phone I was purchasing when you look at the trade in value of my old phone. Very impressed by the location, never seemed too busy but also only 1-2 people working at once so you may have to wait if there is another customer being helped.
