Service is a little more important to me than it might be for most folks. I am somewhat disabled and my inability to stand for more than a minute or so makes it hard for me to shop for the things I think I need. (I seldom buy anything I don't have three of at home) When I come into the store there is a bench for me to sit on and wait for help. Even though I run the guys around sometimes the never become impatient with me or act as if I am inconveniencing them at all, even when I know I am. But that only tells half of the story. When I am home and discover a need for a product they might have, I find myself smiling because I know that I am about to be in the company of people who make me feel like family. Thier warm and welcoming response to my arrival brightens my day. As I read the other reviews, I see that I am not the only person who truly appreciates these guys. Mike was great! He answered all of our questions without pressure. He is extremely knowledgeable about TVs, brands, features and even sound bars and mounts! We felt well taken care of and confident in our purchase with his guidance. He even came out to the parking lot to make sure the television would fit in our vehicle. Mike and another associate carefully loaded the TV and sound bar in our car and thanked us for our business. First I walk into the store and get a dirty look from them, and I then try warranting a o ring that was part of an O ring kit and Autumn then said their not doing it when every other oreilly's store has done it EVERYTIME, she then says that a secondary issue caused the O ring to expand which was my reason to warranty swap it, and nothing secondary would cause it to expand. Second time I go in for a part, and I try and price match it because oreilly's wanted 1770$ and another store wanted 633$. I then look at the part and then see below a part number that MATCHED the other auto stores part number , ford parts has a secondary number underneath their parts on most and that interchanges the part numbers. Autumn then said she called the other store and still continued to tell me that isn't the correct part number and to go to another store, absolutely ridiculous and not respectful. I would advise anyone to not work with that person because she was insanely disrespectful, not knowledgeable, and rude. She tried arguing with me telling me the part numbers don't match when I clearly showed they do!

I took in two MacBook Pros for repair to Kind Technologies earlier this year. Dana was a pleasure to work with and expeditiously resolved all of my issues with the MacBooks, including figuring out that the hardware issue on the one MacBook was a motherboard failure. Five months later, both MacBooks are still working great. The folks at Kind Technologies are very knowledgeable of their craft, kind, professional, and trustworthy. I recommend this place to everyone in the area who has computer issues. Also, for those who are concerned about it, the folks at Kind Technologies are taking COVID-19 safety precautions very seriously. They don't allow walk-ins and require you to schedule your in-person visits ahead of time so only one customer is in the shop at the same time. They're also strict about mask-wearing and social distancing. I'll be sure to return to Kind Technologies for my computer issues in the future.
