The folks here are wonderful!! We recently had an issue with our phone and we had what I'd consider, a very difficult situation to deal with. The lights are on but no one is home.... My phone malfunctioned and I needed assistance. The only clerk in the store, Rodney was completely disinterested in providing any kind of assistance other than telling me I had to contact Apple. Realizing that this was utter nonsense, I left the void. I drove six miles to the VERIZON in Orchards (see review) and had a great experience. Very very helpful. I have decided that the next time I get a phone, I am going to get it from GoWireless. I made the mistake of getting my phone at Costco but once I had the phone, they were never able to help me, or not willing to. I have taken my "Costco purchased" phone to GoWireless several times and they are always willing to help me. You can go to any of th GoWireless stores. Today I happened to go to the Battle Ground store and I was not disappointed. The two associates were personable and really tried to help me with my phone. Again, not a phone I purchased there, but they still did not turn their back on me. I will definitely continue using Verizon as long as they keep GoWireless. read more

Discriminatory Verizon with discriminatory employee. The male who assisted my elderly parents and sister was discriminatory and rude. My sister is a nurse and brother is in the US army. All three kids had to assist my parents this week in purchasing their new iphone13 because your employee felt like he was too good to help customers. Likely due to just the way they speak and looks. This is very frustrating. My parents left your store due to the way they were treated and went to the Verizon down the road, on 4th plain. Poor Kody had to listen to all the complaints on how my family was treated. By the time I was able to rearrange my own plans to come over to the store and assist my parents (who speak perfectly fine English), thank god Kody had already done his job. He assisted both my parents with purchasing iPhone 13's and a humorous of other above and beyond things just to save my parents as Verizon customers. Please do not go to this Verizon!! Go see Kody @ the 117th and 4th plain location. This should not have taken all 5 family members just to assist my parents with purchasing new phones. I've been a Verizon mobile phone customer for several years. I changed my plan a year or so ago yet just started getting unfriendly data use overage emails that wanted me to pay for extra GB etc. So I dropped into GoWireless in BattleGround to see if I should phone Verizon or to see if they could help me. Well Alex sure did help! She went in, examined and changed my outdated plan to get me more data storage while saving me $75/month to boot! That pays for all my goat, chicken and dog food for a year! I went in to upgrade my phone and had the worst phone buying experience of my life. Daren was clearly in a hurry to get me out of there from the moment our transaction started. He started by adding hundreds of dollars worth of product to my purchase without consent and tried to get away with it but just telling me my bill was $400. This seemed rather expensive to me since I was only there to get a phone which was quoted to me as $110 when I previously talked to someone about a quote so I asked and he told me he automatically added a phone case, screen protector and charger to my purchase. After telling him I did not want any of that he proceeded to try to convince me for several minutes to the point where I told him I didn't want to continue the purchase at all. He then proceeded to tell me I had to continue because he's already started so it would be hours worth of paperwork for him if I cancelled the transaction. I told him I would only be purchasing a phone and the brick and that was it. He then somehow found a coupon for $50 off if I purchased three accessories and I told him I didn't care and only wanted the two things I asked for. He then insisted on ringing up everything including the accessories I didn't want so I could "just see the price" and just refused to listen when I told him no repeatedly. I was finally able to get my phone and l leave after being told how to go home and set up my phone. Once I got home I could transfer my content but my phone had not been properly set up at the store so it could not be activated and I could not get this problem fixed until noon the next day. I definitely will never go back to that store and if it wasn't for the wonderful women that helped me on the phone I may have switched carriers all together. He didn't even bother to show me my new charges or go over the extra charges for my next bill so I had to go over that on the app and figure it out myself. It was clear his only concern was to upsell me and go home as soon as he could, he even mentioned that he couldn't believe he was working a Sunday after not having to for 8 years. read more

I've been a Verizon customer for over 16 years. I pay top dollar for my 6 phones and unlimited service on all the lines. Never been late on a bill ever. Stopped in to look at an upgrade to a new Apple phone. The woman working the counter named "Dee" rudely accused me of attempting to make a "fraudulent" trade in. This was after telling me I had to upgrade my plan. Apparently there's a plan greater than Unlimited. I walked out to avoid making a public spectacle of this very rude and condescending employee. DO NOT shop at this store. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. She was awful. Do not suffer fools. Take your business elsewhere. This should NEVER happen. After writing the following review I was contacted by a Go Wireless Rep who read it and the situation was resolved a week or two later. While I still believe the whole thing should have never happened, at least it was finally made right. I would consider using Go Wireless again but will never use the Battle Ground Wa. location. Original review: From being told we would have to wait 2 to 3 additional days to receive a "have to order" iphone that they had in their possession because they couldn't get the SKU right, to failing to transfer our current phone number to the phone as we repeatedly told them to do & was assured had been done, our experience with Go Wireless was less than desirable! At first call to have them switch the number I was told "we don't have time to do it right now." And we were dealing with the manager! Then we get our first bill & we find out my company discount had not been applied to the plan THE MANAGER quoted. Then we were told they could apply the discount to a different plan but we would get less data for more money after the discount was applied. I have made repeated phone calls and they have shown no good-faith effort to remedy the situation. read more

Took my phone in because it wasn't working. They couldn't get it working and insisted it was a software problem. Wanted to sell me a new phone. Got home and found it was the volume control stuck. It started working right away. Returned the new phone telling them my other one was fine. I had called back same day to tell them my old one worked. Got bad return info from first person. Returned next day after researching. Found out they are not a corporate store so can charge higher prices than Verizon stores. They charged me $50. Restocking fee instead of $35. Verizon charges. Not happy. Will deal online or corporate stores. Saw other customers shocked by all the add on charges besides the phone. Should disclose up front. read more

Updated June 2016. Store staff and atmosphere has completely changed since my visit 2 years ago. I had a great experience with the staff as they worked to resolve an issue with a defective phone. I was relieved as one could be when a phone goes bad to discover that the staff tried essentially all the trouble shooting steps that I had attempted, so at least I knew it wasn't me. The only downside is that Verizon's own internal support staff forced the the store manager to go through all the trouble shooting steps we had already attempted ourselves, then sent the call to the next support level who essentially just repeated all of those same steps. The store manager pretty quickly determined that the phone was faulty and would require as replacement and was very eager to do so, so big stars to her. She was very patient and clear when explaining the failure symptoms and our trouble shooting steps to the corporate support staff. Bottom line: great service from the store itself, but corporate support team should have been able to authorize the return much more quickly. read more

One of the worst customer services experiences. First they asked if I was selling Mariner tickets while I waited. Seriously? I am holding a receipt for a purchase made the previous day at a Verizon store, cell phone and a package of screen protectors. After stating I was not selling Mariner tickets, they asked if I had a quick question and because I did not have a quick question, took someone else that was in line behind me. Let me tell you.....he did NOT have a quick question....as a result I waited for an additional 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Then when they finally finished with the customer who was behind me in line.....I told them that the screen protectors sold to me the day before were the wrong ones. Response....'I am sorry we dont carry those because we are a third party verizon store. We have different inventory'. They carry the screen protectors I need, but not the ones sold to me in error by the verizon store in east county the day before. It would have been nice if he would have offered some solution other than 'I cant exchange those'. You have a verizon logo prominantly on your building. If you want the verizon business....you've got to have better customer service. I will never darken the doorway of that business again. read more
