Happened to be at this Napa location this morning looking for coveralls with my friend. Decided to…read morebuy windshield wipers for my recently purchased used car and Alan and possibly his manager (didn't catch her name) were incredible, just going above and beyond to get me squared away. Upon installing them, I thought the initial wipers didn't fit but Alan came out on his own to give me a hand with them, fixing one of the blades I installed. After closer examination, he noticed that my blades needed an adapter. He then helped upgrade me to the blades I needed, taking the time to install the adapters and then installing them on my car. I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to how kind and generous both Alan and his manager were to me. Thank you for the incredible customer service today.

We spoke to Jeremy and he found the vehicle we had been searching for. The vehicle had all of the options and extras we wanted. They were truthful, answered all of our questions and sent us a video of the vehicle including the window sticker. We were unable to come out for several days because of other commitments and Jason Alexander offered to bring the vehicle to us with paperwork etc... We spoke to Kiyoshi and started to negotiate price and terms that we were looking for, however we decided to wait until the weekend even though there would have been no obligation if they had brought the truck and we didn't choose to buy it. We decided to wait for the weekend and drove out of state to see the truck at Kendall Ford. The truck was beautiful, clean and had all of the bells and whistles we wanted. We did our test drives and all of our questions were answered with courtesy and respect to both of us. We decided we would like to buy the Maverick and we continued to negotiate. All my goals were met. Talking to everyone and adjusting the figures so they worked for everyone was better than what you find at a lot of dealerships. Negotiating was strong but friendly, not like some places when you feel pushed and start to feel bad about coming there at all. Paperwork was done in an efficient manner and we drove home with our truck. We are thrilled with it. It rides really well and it is a very strong truck. I feel very safe driving it and it is super easy to handle. It is smooth and has great agility, the steering is tight and the truck hugs the road. It is also a hybrid and when it shifts modes you don't even feel the change and it runs really quietly when in the electric mode. The fuel milage is excellent especially at this time. It is a beautiful rig and can tow 4,000 lbs. which is very handy. Kendall ford is very nice to work with and very friendly. All of the people are super nice. We went back to get the tonneau cover installed and it went very smoothly and we said hi to all the people who helped make this deal to happen and they all made time for us which was really, really nice. We felt very special. Thank you Kendall Ford we would definitely buy from you again and we appreciate your time.

The absolute WORST dealership I've ever dealt with. I have had constant problems with the two cars…read moreI have purchased from this dealership. I bought a brand new car from them a few years ago and constantly had mechanical issues with the car, specifically with the car play and display screen. I just had to deal with it as they "couldn't help". Fast forward to a year ago and I trade that in for a used car. Right off the bat before I even drive off the lot I get an alert that my head lamp system is malfunctioning. Come to find out they had to replace the entire head lamp assembly. Fine, I had to bring it back which was a pain the ass. On top of that I was told I'd be getting around a$500 refund after all the paper work was completed and then surprisingly when I asked about it few weeks later, no one has heard of this and it's not on any of my paper work. But then the rainy season starts and I notice my car is having a wet/mildew smell. My kids and I play sports so i assumed it was that. I decided to get cargo mats just in case we might be getting the carpets wet. LITERALLY THE FIRST DAY IT RAINS, I have over an inch of standing water on the passenger floor board!! I take it in and they tell me that the windshield was never sealed. I even confirmed they sold me the car with that defect because they didn't check. Do they cover it since they sold me a car with a HUGE problem? No. Thousands out of my pocket. I was told to contact them about getting reimbursed and I sent numerous emails, left voicemails and talked to several people who said they'd pass on my information. Not one person got back to me. They just ignored me. Then I bring my car in because it has a recall and when they tell me my car is ready and I go to leave the display doesn't work. So I can't use my back up camera, can't adjust my AC nothing. They didn't even tell me. So then I have to request, they didn't even offer, a rental car. Then when I finally get my car back I realize the front license plate is bent to shit and before I drive off the lot the rear windshield wiper falls off. They again, didn't even tell me. They tried to hide it like the windshield. These people here all all terrible used car salesmen and they will screw you over. DON'T GO HERE!
