Wow! Just wow! Leading up to my son's graduation, I struggled with what to serve as a simple dessert for his grad party. He loves cake pops but no way was I gonna make over 100 and I didn't think my local bakery would be up for the challenge. That's when I found Veronica's Treats via Zazzle.com. After reading many reviews (most of which were positive), I ordered equal amounts of Vanilla, Red Velvet and Chocolate in my son's school colors. I'll admit, when the first batch came in they were a little rough...the majority were smushed and melted due to improper timing of shipping. In a slight panic, I immediately called Veronica's and explained the situation...even offered to send photos, but they were wonderful and so accommodating! Without hesitation, they said they would replace the order (this time packing them in an insulated cold pack) free of charge. Second time was a charm! You'll see by my photos just how beautiful they came out! Not only that...they were absolutely delicious! My guests ranted and raved about how good they were and devoured them! I have been using Veronica's Treats for years! I have ordered photo cookies for my company outings as well as for bridal showers and wedding showers. We send the Oreo cookie logos to my kid's friends when they are accepted in to college. I highly recommend them. They do a great job of clarifying an order if it needs it and they always arrive on time. Everyone has absolutely loved getting them and they are delicious! Will never use again. They used to be great with exceptional customer service and amazing product but they are AWFUL now. Sadly, they now "outsource" and don't make all their own products anymore. Customer "service" is AWFUL (put in quotes because it is the opposite of service!) and stressed me out to no end. The order came in, incomplete and they blamed it somewhere else (what?! I ordered with THEM!). They charged me a "set up fee" for my artwork that has been on file with them for years...but they couldn't find it because, "they updated their systems"...again, "WHAT?! I should pay for their ineptitude? They should have waived the $20 and kept a good, longstanding customer. Just stupid and really nasty customer service. No apology, no accountability, just lousy. I was told that Hillary (founder) had stepped down...well clearly, so has this company! I will never use them again. I believe in supporting small businesses but I can't stand behind a lame company like this. read more

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I do when I experience excellent customer service and Veronica's Treats delivers just that. I ordered about 15 dozen photo cookies for a conference that I run. When they arrived, the actual photo paper seemed to be coming off which was different than the sample cookies I had ordered a few weeks prior. I called Veronicas for a refund and was contacted by their CEO, Hillary. Hillary spent time explaining that because our logo wasn't ink intensive it caused the paper was lighter (or easier to pop off) and that the cookie is designed for people to take off the logo if they don't want to eat it. She offered me a direct replacement for icing cookies, cake pops, brownies and other goodies to replace the cookies that I had received. Based on her suggestion, I requested replacement icing cookies which were delivered before my event at no additional cost to me. Our attendees loved the cookies and I appreciate the type of service that I received from Veronica's Treats. It was one less thing to stress about leading up to the event. I'd highly recommend them for anyone who wants a branded/delicious treat, but also for those who want to support companies that know how to treat their customers. read more

I waited last minute to order favors for my son's 1st birthday favors. I went online and found the Sesame Street chocolate covered Oreos, exactly what I needed! They were able to have the 70 cookies ready for me the very next day (told you it was last minute!) and they were ADORABLE! And on top of looking good, they were delicious! DO NOT USE VERONICA'S TREATS I should update my previous post given the falsely kind, clearly insincere response by the owner. It is evident that she wants to salvage her business in the face of treating customers poorly and being called on it. I did not initially mention that when I called to discuss the fact that the owner could not supply me with the flavor originally ordered (despite 2 days notice following their poor shipping practices...both orders were packed the same way...with pops on top of each other in a small box resulting in breakage), the owner refused to even send the complete number. She actually charged me extra to receive the total number of pops in the new flavor. So, while the credit of $36 on an $120 order is appreciated, it does not excuse horrific and rude phone manners, an inability to provide quality service until a yelp review is publicly posted, or a pathetic attempt at a consolation. I spent $80 at another cake pops retailer (I am removing the name because I was accused of working for them...I do not! I am only interested in warning future customers of Veronica's Treats). The cake pops purchased at the other major retailer were delicious and beautiful, while the few pops that were not broken from Veronica's Treats were not even served because the vanilla flavor was inedible. read more

I had an extremely poor experience with Veronica's Treats. I ordered photo cookies two weeks in advance. They shipped the cookies to arrive on the day I chose, but for some reason USPS was unable to deliver them to the (proper) mailing address. I called Veronica's Treats as soon as I saw the shipment had been refused and they told me they would inspect the cookies when they arrived back at their facility and call me back about next steps. They never did so, and when I called to seek a refund for their failure to deliver the cookies, they refused. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your photo cookie needs. read more

This business is horrible.. I ordered chocolate lolipops a couple weeks ago for my daughters class for Valentines day.. I asked that they come by Feb 10th. I have an order confirmation. Its Feb 12th.. After leaving numerous phone messages I received an email (not phone call) saying "So sorry your order is not coming. Happy Valentines Day." FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Ordering the sugar cookies with photos on them went smoothly. The arrived on the day promised, and unbroken. But then my satisfaction stops there-- the cookies were wrapped in cellophane, which was crinkled enough so the pictures were not visible. Some of the cookies were "framed" with icing that was smudged. It was as if the photo image was slapped on to not-yet-dried icing, and then stuck into cello bags. Finally, the cookies tasted AWFUL and were inedible. Contacted them via email with the smudge/stick issue NEVER got a response. I would give them zero stars if I could! The staff is very unprofessional. I am still waiting a month later for their mistake to be resolved. They sent me an invoice through PayPal so I assumed they would have the correct mailing address. I spent $115 for treats I never received. They sent it to my previous address from where I ordered the year before. They never asked me for a shipping address so I assumed they would just get it from my PayPal invoice. They were so rude and blamed it all on me. Never got an apology and who ever responds to the emails is a huge smartass. If I lived close by I would definitely pay them a visit. read more

Very pleased with the logo cookies that Veronica's Treats made up for me for a Christmas gift. The cookies themselves were quite large and very tasty (chocolate chip). Each was nicely wrapped in its own cellophane bag and tied - this made for easy individual distribution of the cookies. The imprinted logo was perfect - the colors were not an easy match and VT's did an excellent job. Cookies were perfectly shipped and protected. They were received within a week and on the day I asked to receive them. We will use VT's again for logo treats. read more
