Believe me my car should have been repossessed A LONG time ago. The biggest challenge was finding a lender to accept my terrible credit and payment history. But there was Veros the only finance company willing to give me an opportunity for a loan. I was late on just about every payment as I'm a single mom and something just seemed to always come up. But even after months had gone by Veros still took my payments and continued to allow me to keep my (very nice I might add) vehicle. Finally I had gotten so many payments behind and that was it.. they took my baby! I was just heart broken because who doesn't need their car?? But luckily for me my fiance was able to help me get it back and thankfully Veros was willing to give it back without raising interest or monthly notes. What im saying is Veros is a great company as long as your taking care of your business. They have no reason to talk down on anyone or be rude. In my experience I got so much love from Veros! Now I make automatic payments so I'm never late. And my payment history on my credit reports are 100 percent! If you keep it real with yourself.. you'll see what I mean. If you don't pay their job is to take back their investment. End of story. If you pay on time you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Straight up! I went to a dealer to buy a car, and it just so happens they picked up my account. I made one payment late due to having issues with my bank account and received a letter in the mail stating no other payment should be late. Ok, the month after that, I paid my car bill a day in advance. Then, to hear my account is under review,I get a call from the dealer a day after I paid the second month's bill ahead of time that Veros took the money out of the dealership's account and voided the loan. So I call them to return my two monthly payments to me. They tell me they will not because I was responsible for paying while the loan was active. What loan? Everything they gave the dealer, they took back, and they still haven't removed themselves off my credit report. read more

absolutely the worst car finance company ever. I have built up my credit. The dealership paid payoff my car when I traded it in . I got a bill in the mail saying there was still $16.83 to pay on the loan and I asked told me because the dealership paid off the loan a day and a half after my due date and they charged me worth of is so ridiculous when I paid over 20 something thousand dollars for this vehicle that you're gonna put $16.83 on my credit dare you. And when I paid the had to call you to get a letter saying the car was paid told me I still $.13. Who does is so ridiculous and you wouldn't allow me to pay the $.13 because it was less than $10 if that's the case take it off. I'm file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous. Their website never worked and you couldn't go on it and get your balance. Who's been in business as long as they claim and still have portal issues. Do waste your money. If you go to a dealership and they recommend them, run! That means the dealership is horrible and so is the finance company. I don't know how these people have not had their license revoked. They keep no records of anything they do. they've been bugging me about insurance paperwork that I sent him about four times only to get a phone call six months later just to have them tell me they never got it so I had to do my own homework to let him know that we sent it a while ago now they're calling me again saying they never got an updated one when I have no emails nothing stating that they were requesting that then they feel like it's OK to just go ahead and charge me for the insurance they put on which if they would've actually worked like they're supposed to they would've known I've had insurance this whole time. They charge exorbitant interest, all the while making it as difficult for you as they can to pay off your vehicle early. Customer service are trained to avoid responsibility. Avoid at all costs! This company is a crook. I contacted the finance company and requested that they take my monthly payment for my vehicle from a new account due to my old account was compromised. They ended up trying to take out the payment from the old bank account on file therefore the payment was not successful. They ended up repossessing my car for being late two days. When I tried to explain the situation to the manager Sandra Lopez, she said she will need to call me back for the amount due to get back my vehicle. She refused to take in consideration that it was her fault that she ran my payment through my old account when in fact I specified that I need it to be taken out of the new account. It took her about two weeks to get back to me as I was getting the run around. In short her response was that I can not reinstate the loan and my only option was to redeem the vehicle which was to pay for the entire loan amount!!! That was an amount of $280k. I put 75k down payment and they took it for it being two days late. I have proof of all correspondence that pertained to my account and the events that took place. They also had my vehicle up for sale at the same dealership where I bought the vehicle at Euro Auto in OC less than 15 days from the time they took my vehicle. I owed a payment for veros credit in with the amount of $1384, I charged late fees, repos, gas for the tow truck, etc and paid towards the credit I owed with the amount of $1000 dollars, that was all I had at the time, and I needed to get my car back to get to work. I'm a single father trying to make ends meet. It took 5 days for them to drop the car which took from the days I had to work. And when I finally make the call to pick up the car they told me I owe them a cashiers check for $290. I would not suggest or refer anybody to use veros credit. read more
