2004 Chevy suburban

Great customer service! Friendly staff! We called first and got the address sent through a text quickly after! Reza is the best, although we wanted a updated or newer model suburban; we couldn't afford it. Reza looked out for us and we drove off with a car we could afford and drove off the lot happy customers!

Just bought my first car online (sorta) in my life. I've been searching for a very specific car (2005 Honda Element Ex AWD in Burnt Orange) for over 4 months now. After striking out left and right I decided to broaden my search to include Vegas and SoCal. I got a perfect hit on OC Carz for exactly what I was looking for and used a web form to ask if the car was still available. Moe called/emailed back right away and was really awesome to work with. He is very personable and professional with a relaxed style to him. If I wanted the car I knew I had to get on a plane and commit so needless to say I probably asked 1m questions but Moe and Reza always stayed attentive and pleasant. Long story short I rolled the dice, booked a 1-way flight to Santa Anna and Moe was there to pick me up at the airport in my "maybe" new ride. Everything they said, including what was right and wrong with the car was spot on. The car was spotless inside and out including a perfect carfax and autocheck. The purchase was as smooth and easy as could be and soon I was cruisin 6 hours on my way back home to AZ. Considering OC Carz had me somewhat over a barrel the minute they knew I was 1-way flying, they sure stayed honest and responsive through the whole process. They even text to make sure everything was fine with the car on the ride home. Good people for sure and I could not recommend them enough. Moe and Reza - Thanks for a great experience!

This is what is listed on the Carfax ad. I had never seen a Prius with a sunroof before or power seats so you bet I was incredibly excited.

I had the most awful experience with this place yesterday and I want to warn everyone to be alert and on their toes. I have been searching for a used car for two months now, after helping my roommate and another friend successfully find and purchase used cars, and my experiences with this spot was horrendous at best. I drove over an hour and a half to check out a '07 Prius and bring it to the Tustin Toyota for a pre-purchase inspection. I should have had the foresight when David told me over the phone that he had to ask his boss about me bringing it over to be inspected; surely people don't just buy cars without a professional looking it over? I will be providing photos of my text chats as well as photos from the Carfax ad where the car was advertised with LIES, as well as the sheet from the original purchase of the car where those features are not even listed. Specifically the features I was most excited about were the ones that were falsified: sun/moon roof, power seats, and parking sensors. I had yet to see those in any of the Prius' I checked out but thought in a Touring model it might be possible. Additionally, against my better judgement and still very interested in the car despite feeling lied to, I went to bring it over to the inspection. After checking in and communicating with David that they are backed up at the inspection and it could take an hour longer than we expected he mentioned to me that someone else is looking at the car later and I actually had to bring it back now, without an inspection, and completely breaking the contract we both signed that allowed me the car for that many hours. After a tumultuous phone call where my frustration and upset was met with hostility and yelling (not by David, he passed off the phone to his boss/owner at this point), I still had to wait for the car to be brought back to me so I could return it--at least I didn't already swipe my card to pay for the inspection. I was in the middle of expressing my intent to purchase the car despite their dishonesty when I was hung up on by the owner. This was an interesting tactic from a sales perspective. I was crying in the Tustin Toyota. I really wanted this car to work out but I couldn't be spoken to with such disrespect; it really was their lack of salesmanship and tact that cost the sale. Now, if this inspection did not show me thousands of dollars in repairs (the reason I did not buy the last used Prius I checked out) then I would have driven home with it. It became clear to me that something was wrong with the car that they did not want me to catch, otherwise why else would they not want me to spend about $200 of my car budget funds to ensure this car was completely ready to drive over 50 miles home. And why was the tire pressure light going off if they just did their own inspection and repair work on the car? I went back in my messages where David is suggesting that the Toyota technicians will find unnecessary work. The Carfax report seemed legit, but when walking around the car there were several inconsistencies that were simply not expressed in the photographs, suggestive lighting or maybe some minor issues not reported to insurance, because I had to attempt to re-clip or hit back into place the bumper on the front and back of the car. This was one of the worst dealer experiences I have had in this process, absolutely incredulous. I hope everyone heeds with caution because there are some absolutely shady business practices going on at this establishment. Best of luck to everyone in their car searches!

I just got a new job and I was searching for cars my wife and I didn't have the credit. We searched the Internet and look for places that helped people with bad credit like me. I spoke to Moe and he requested me a car that was decently price but with high mileage, I saw a different car it was a Hyundai Santa Fe and we needed the car. this one had decent miles it looks brand new and well taken care of I asked Moe if he can help me get this car he said he'll do his best call me back. he was able to make a deal and it was a great deal I went in he was very caring and made sure I was happy and that everything I want with the car was very good. the car I received is awesome I got everything I needed the customer service from moe and his manager were very prompt very easy. Definitely going back!!!

So, we emailed all of our conditions to several local dealerships before we started shopping for the specific car. Once we selected the dealers we would work with, we sent out the specifics of the car we wanted to buy. Right away, Kenny got back to us and indicated they had no problem meeting our conditions, and not only that, but they had the exact car we wanted sitting, ready to go, right there on their lot. In no time at all, Kenny and Crevier came back with an excellent discount offer on the exact car we wanted and we emailed Kenny the deal was his. One of the reason this all went so smoothly was that Crevier had the car we wanted in stock. This certainly was not the case with many other local dealers. In order to get the best deal and the exact car you are looking for, our experience suggests the importance of working with a dealership carrying a large inventory. We handled all the paperwork and financials remotely in only 2 days and Kenny delivered our shiny new BMW to our home the very next day. Other than an undercover visit to check out the color, we did not go into the dealership. When he pulled up at our home, we were thrilled. When we first started emailing Kenny, he did not come back with any dealer-speak nonsense, responded to our specifics, and was very timely in his response. We could not say that about every other dealership. One local dealership actually responded by indicating they had one X2 in stock and if we liked it, they would work out everything else. That was not exactly the detailed kind of response we were looking for. When Kenny arrived with the car, he was very patient and understanding as he walked us through the features of the new BMW. He did all the set up to connect the phone to the car, helped us with downloading the BMW app, and explained the controls. He clearly knew his way around the car and knew what he was doing. This is our first BMW and the first time working with Kenny and Crevier. I doubt it will be our last. DB

There is even a Subway inside the dealership (with the softest white bread and best sandwich artists). - Today is day 2, and I went to my vehicle expecting to have to unbox my floor mats, low and behold they did that all for me at the dealership - The car came with a FULL tank of gas (thank you for the thoughfulness) - I had driven to the dealership in my current vehicle, I was wondering how to get the NEW car back to my home, Ray offered to drive one of my cars back home with me, if I would give him a ride back (this probably saved me 2+ hours, trying to coordinate with friends to help me to relocate the car to its new home. SUPERB SUGGESTION, first time I ever got such an offer. Just like that, I am now a new Toyota owner!!! Super happy and highly recommend.

While the paperwork indicated that the service could take until the end of the day, I was verbally informed by the associate that it would take approximately 3-4 hours. This inconsistency in communication created unclear expectations and caused inconvenience when the service ultimately took 8 hours to complete. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill totaling $281. This included $195 for the diagnostic and additional charges for an A/C (Freon) service. I was neither informed of nor did I authorize any work on my A/C system. When I raised this concern, I was told that because I did not respond to a text message, they proceeded with the service without my explicit consent. Only after I questioned the charge was it removed, and I was told I had received the Freon "for free." Unfortunately, this was communicated in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unauthorized services, unexpected charges, inconsistent communication, extended service times, and dismissive customer interactions are unacceptable. I expect transparency, explicit consent before any additional work is performed, and respectful treatment as a customer. Last time I'm coming here. I'll drive farther for better service.

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.
