    These guys were great and able to fix my Mac very quickly without being too expensive. I'd recommend them highly.

    I don't want to give them even 1 star. The other 1 star review above is almost the same situation…read moreI've been through. I can't believe CCS is still in business if they keep doing this. I bought a brand new POS from them and it's never worked correctly and it's been over 2 months now. Mark has been trying to fix it but it's always a new problem. It's endless. My business sales are not reported correctly everyday and customers are getting irate waiting for the POS to work. First it was a database problem causing the POS to slow down to make is unusable.That was fixed and the same problem was there afterwards. I also had to buy a credit card machine even though there was one built into the new POS. I actually had to call and work it out with the credit card machine company because CCS said it was my problem and old software. Old software that they knew about when setting up the machine! The scale didn't come with the right cable and we were told we would have to buy a new one. Then CCS couldn't get the scale working. Now we're back on the old original cable and the scale still crashes the CCS software. Every time I talk with Mark he tells me it's my fault. I have to schedule an appointment everytime so he can finish what he's working on. Mark will tell you to use the online system to make an appointment and then not show up because he's not available at that time even if online says he is! This whole experience has been insanity and one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a business owner. It's been like a trip through the Twilight Zone. Now I'm trying to return the machine to get something that actually works and I'm being given a run around about being past the return date. How can I be past the return date if it's never worked!!!

He'll even treat you like a kid and talk down on you for no extra charge. Every single problem I had with their POS (point of sale, but in their case, piece of shit) system has costed me more money to fix, or get me nowhere. He even said it himself that some of his products are considered old after 3 years. My last problem was with a scale that's hooked up to a computer. The scale registers the weight but does not send the info to the computer. The scale comes with it's own display so I know it works. I called him to tell him, I think it's a software issue. He claimed it was the wiring. I went out and bought new wires as he recommended, problem still exists. He then said my scale was broken. He recommended that I buy a new scale since the one I had was outdated. I had a scale technician come out, spent over $300 for him to diagnose it and calibrate it and said scale was fine. Contacted Mark again, now this time he thinks it's a software issue with the computer. He reformatted the computer and it now works. Gee, couldn't we have done that to save me the few hundred dollars and the wasted time I had. Don't even mention their credit card programs. Paid for 3 credit card programs and had problems with all so I switched to Square and had zero problems. All monies that were closed at end of day did not show up in my account. Some days were fine, some days I would be missing $20-$40. It adds up at the end of the month. His resolution was to upgrade to the better credit card software and you guessed it, cost me a few hundred more to do so. His systems and softwares are unreliable. You'll thank me later.
