Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.

Went to Best Buy to check out new laptop and asked the Sales lady if she has any idea how much to change battery by the Geek Squad. Obviously she has no clue and told me may be $300. Reached out to Sam and he told me to buy a battery on Amazon or eBay, and they will charge labor to change the battery. Dropped off the battery and laptop, battery replacement completed in 30 minutes or so. Save me some money and buy me may be 2-3 years with the laptop. Straight forward, no BS. Good Pricing.
