In July 2026, while working in my second-floor bathroom, I looked out the bathroom window and noticed a visible gap between the glass and the exterior frame of the house. I took a photo and contacted Chris by email. He responded on July 7 and said he would come out later that week to inspect the issue and determine whether there was a remedy. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no further response from Chris or anyone else. The issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would contact me, explain what may have occurred during installation, and provide a solution to correct the problem. The door install was done so expertly by Chad who installed an exterior door with new frame, bottom sill and dog proof kick plate. He was able to use the existing hardware from the old door which saved a few bucks. They did tell me they don't paint the door for you, but that's ok.
