Ok. So I'm new ( ish) to motorcycles and this is my experience. I went here back in February and…read morelooked at Indians . Beautiful bikes. The showroom for them is separate and it's beautiful. I was helped by Anna. She is an amazing professional and I truly appreciated the level of care I was given. At the end of the day, i went with a Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 I got at Randy's . It was simply a matter of practicality and budget. Randy had the bike I wanted. But my next bike , you never know! I also looked at Triumphs and Moto Guzzi . But those Indians are sweet and I would definitely seek Anna out. Since I got the bike I've had a couple of opportunities to work with Zack over the phone in parts. He too is super friendly and very professional. Very accommodating. I also got some help in their gear department looking at helmets and such. Again, great service. I personally think this is a well run business and has a well trained professional team in place . I look forward to working with them on the service and parts side and possibly a bike down the road.

Losing Gavin as a salesman was a detriment to this dealership. The last 2 times I've come here I've…read moreleft frustrated. I got hassled over my bike preferences to the point of qualifying as demeaning and disrespectful. I got an offer $1500 below what my trade was worth from a sales manager who wouldn't negotiate or leave his office to look me in the eye. My bike is like new with less than 3k miles but my rear tire is "bumpy" plus they have to clean my chain and detail it and do their in house inspection (which they bill themselves for???) BTW they'll mark every purchase up with TONS of fees so if you're considering purchasing here just make sure to add at least $2000 to everything before showing up to look at it. I should have known, after being told that my color and model preferences were dumb and uninformed by a salesman, that I shouldn't go back. The bike I wanted to look at had stripped out threads in the oil pan (leaking) so I didn't even get to sit on it anyways because customers can't be in the mechanics shop and nobody told me about it until I was at the front desk. Hit up Cedar Creek Motorsports or Mad City Powersports. This is not a customer service kind of place and that's an issue when you're spending the kind of money that you would here.

A huge barn of products from clothes, gear to parts for different kinds of bikes, also snow plows,…read moreand way much more than I could even mention. I would suggest calling and checking before you drive out, or if you just wanna shop and kill time they have plenty to look at and ponder, even cool vintage, classic stuff. This place has so so so much to offer, but you have to know your parts or what will work for you because it can seem very over whelming with all the products and sizes and how to put them on your bike etc. I would suggest bringing someone who knows so you don't feel like I did or do your homework and know exactly what you need or can use. After talking with a couple of other customers in the store they both told me the prices here have gone up too much. It was my first time here so I had no past experiences here to compare. If you buy the wrong thing and want to bring it back the lady at check out said you can get store credit but clarify every thing for yourself. Some of the products they carry compared to the internet can be lower priced and some not so much.

The service department not good at all over the past month brought in for a new belt. Was told the clutch was bad found the water pump was leaking so under warranty they fixed took them 3 weeks and than returned it to me like the photo below. Took it back to them got the response that they had to put new hose clamps on. Tested fine so they gave me it back 2 days later same thing so back up there again now was told it's leaking at another fitting and will be Friday till the parts come in. So out of a month I've had it for 3 days able to drive it once. I would not recommend going to this place anymore as they don't communicate unless you call or go there. And there service has went down hill

Then I needed a part and it took 4 more months. The part came in, they started to work on my Moto and suddenly I need a new engine costing$6000. The Moto only had 600 miles. Like brand new. The initial diagnosis was wrong. Charged me $400 for diagnosis and gave me my machine back in pieces. The work order made no sense. The employees that made initial dx had already left or been fired. They made no effort to make me whole. Certainly being a women didn't help. Maybe they should decrease their ridiculous inventory and get some good employees. I was very disappointed and will go anywhere but there in the future.
