And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.

The entire crew was polite, professional, and very respectful of our property. What really impressed us was the care they took during the entire project. They covered our light poles and shed to protect them from splashback, and they laid plywood throughout the yard to prevent the equipment and crew from tearing up our grass. The finished concrete looks beautiful, and we truly appreciated how much attention they paid to protecting our property and making sure everything was done right. That was way too late and I decided to not have them come out. Because of the good reviews, I decided to give them another chance. I contacted them again on March 8, 2025 and they were supposed to be at my house between 2-3 on the 9th, At 3:02, I was told they would be there in 50 minutes. I had been waiting on them and had somewhere I needed to go, so I stated I was hoping they would have been there between 2-3 like was scheduled. I pushed my plans to later and said they could come out as long as they were there by 4:00 and then they changed the time to 4:10. When I again said that was fine and asked them not to push it any further out, they responded with "Nevermind" and blocked me. They even blocked me from their Facebook page, clearly to keep me from leaving a bad review. I find it very unprofessional to not keep your appointment time more than one time and then block a person after taking up their afternoon because they were waiting on you. I would never recommend or work with someone who can't even have the decency to show up when they suggested, not offer one apology and then turn around and do what they did.
