They charged me for a 4th month without my consent. When I contacted them for a refund (via phone, email, and social media) they waited TEN days to respond and then didn't honor my request for a refund. They claimed they sent me an email in May saying that my membership would automatically renew unless I contacted them and requested otherwise. I had zero email communication from their studio stating this bizarre policy. Also, what is the point of selecting a 3 month membership if it will continue auto renewing forever? I had to contact my credit card company and they've filed a claim against them. Although I enjoyed the workouts, I can't recommend a fitness center with unethical business practices.

Calli's classes are challenging, yet comforting, and she always pushes us to try just a bit more and strive for constant improvement. You'll love her spirit and care for her classmates, which is why I keep coming back. Tip: they usually run summer month long specials for educators and flexible class packages for everyone.

The large group fitness room is beautiful and open and has a good amount of space, instead of a lot of other cramped locations. The private/personal fitness room for one-on-one training seriously has all the goods and would be a dream to use! The lobby has a nice sitting area, super cute merch, and is so spacious! The amazing instructors were giving tours of the space, and I was so happy to see the recovery options! Room one was a large multi-person sauna, Room two with the cold plunge has a shower and sauna area to alternate (so cool)! Room three was for private sessions with cryotherapy, etc! I originally joined for the heated HIIT cardio, especially the cycling classes, but I have to admit I completely fell in love with hot yoga and hot stretch. I do those at least twice a week now. The infrared rooms have helped me so much with muscle recovery, better sleep, back pain relief, and overall just feeling better. I was blown away by the skill & support of the Align 60 instructor, Leah, she was by far one of the best courses I have ever taken. I felt so connected to my body and aware of parts of myself I ignore so often. I really loved the gentleness and invitations to modify as needed, as well as, having a in classroom support to the instructor to come around and assist with posture, I feel so bad but I have forgotten her name. It was my first time using straps, but thankfully I was supported. All the other classmates were kind and there was enough space for everyone, even though it was pretty full. I failed to take any pictures as I wanted to be present to the moment, but one beautiful offering is a tea station near the restrooms, cubbies to place items, and a lavender cool face towel at the end of class.
