When I came, the waterslide and splash pad area were closed for maintenance. But it was still pretty crowded for a Tuesday! Will definitely come back to check out the rest of the amenities.

In the summer, there's a splash pad and even a water slide. There are different sections to play in, including a small baseball area, swings and a zip line. The perimeter is fenced in so kids can't run off out of the area. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of room to change after the water play. It is adjacent to another park, so there is plenty of parking nearby. If you've got kids, this park is definitely worth a visit! The parking is free and right next to the play area. It feels secluded and somehow also right in the middle of everything. The only thing missing is a bathroom and while I understand that it's prevent homeless people from moving in, it does limit the amount of time that anyone can hang out here (especially with littles). There's a wall climbing thing, monkey bars, car, a teeter totter, something that spins, but it actually had caution tape on it today. There's a lot of fun equipment for the kids to play on. They have a lot of shaded seating and seating in the sun so you don't get cold. It was such a beautiful day. I had to take advantage of it and take baby girl out. We had fun :) The slide is really tall so I'm not gonna lie, I actually got a little butterflies looking down, but she had no problem. she went down that slide and had a blast. It wasn't busy today, but there were some kids for her to play with. All the guests are kept we within their party and the kids are safely secured in a closed room 2) the play dynamic of each room was great and also each room had toddler options and they have photographers included in the package and NO outside food fee so you have the freedom to feed your guest according to your preference and dietary needs 3) the dining room decor and setup was so efficient and requires no effort on your end (they do it all). They know what they are doing and are great at utilizing the decor you bring in. You don't need to worry about that at all in addition to the schedule and flow of the dining room time. They also present a slide show of all the pictures from that same day and all the kids LOVED seeing their faces on the screen, it was sooo cute watching them scream and laugh with joy. Highly recommend Seascape for all the reasons above but also the exceptional customer service, family-owned, family-friendly environment and their competitive pricing for party packages and lastly the good they are doing, giving back to the community.
