They called again to provide the approximate time they would arrive. Interestingly enough - they didn't need a water spigot and only sent one person for the job. He was excellent! Courteous and quick. Only took about an hour for the stairs and bedroom that was cleaned. Huge difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the carpet that was not.
