This is the waiting area and where they examined Saturday my amazing cat.
    Helene M.

I needed to go to this emergency care because my cat was throwing up and not eating for two days. My vet told me that I needed to go to the ER. It was a weekend and I needed to know everything was OK, I visited VEG ER for pets and I'm so glad I did. The visit was amazing. They were so kind. They made me a cup of coffee and told me to relax and that they would take care of everything. Dr. Brodsky was kind and understanding and understood how worried I was, and made me feel that my cat was in good hands. They offered me different ways that they could find out what was wrong with her and worked with me on my payment. I was very appreciative that they have a senior discount and they gave me great advice and the staff there is totally amazing. I think the thing I liked about it most was it was an open space. Everybody was doing what they needed to do, but I could see everything...the examination, the other cages.& the other people that were there whose cats were in need of treatment.. & they took me right away. It was very friendly, and I love the fact that it was an inclusive space.

Did you know you can sleep over with your animal? We didn't but you can. This location is great. Having actual parking and plenty of it make everything easier. I love the way this franchise runs their branches. You are in the action. No waiting room. Large tv that has each patient listed and where they are in the process. Customer service is really their strong point. Our doctor here was excellent and even when it went through two more shifts there was no gap for a new doctor. We actually attempted Penn Vet before coming here and they were a 4 hour wait.

I was so happy with my experience here at every step. I called ahead to find out if they were really busy. My dog needed an urgent care but it wasn't a dire emergency. They texted me check-in forms to speed things asking. I drove. Parking was easy. I was let in by staff and put in a comfortable waiting area. They gave my dog a soft blanket so she didn't have to sit on the cold floor. All of the staff were friendly and seemed prepared to handle concerned pet owners. The vet examined my dog and talked me through what might be causing my dog's issues. They were open about the costs, and their costs seemed quite reasonable, especially for an emergency vet. Once they determined my dog wasn't in imminent danger, the vet gave recommendations for treatment until I could follow up with our regular vet. They sent the records to our vet and called me the next day to see how my dog was doing. They sent links to my phone for all forms and payment, which made things pretty easy. I was happy with my experience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE! The staff is absolutely amazing! I trusted everybody with my baby & everybody loved her too. I brought my snake here after she escaped & got hurt in the house. Everybody here took the best care of her & showed her love just like she was a furry pet & I absolutely LOVED that. Everybody was so helpful and kind. I even got to hear my baby's heartbeat!! Which was an added bonus. Definitely my new favorite emergency vet! I hope I won't have to come back but if anybody else gets hurt I know exactly where I'm coming. Y'all are the best ! Thank u so much

we come from NJ so we can get the best care for our dogs. we would never trust anyone else but North Penn. the Dr's, nurses and staff are very caring and you know your fur baby is taken care of. Dr Rossi is one of a kind. He is always a phone call away and we love him. Rex is still here because of him and his staff. the entire Fredette family

Nothing but good things to saw about this business. My cat has been cared for here for several years. The facility is clean and the staff is very nice.

He got me through some REALLY tough times over the past ten years, and honestly I'm not sure how I would have gotten through the pandemic without him. So knowing his time with me was coming to a close, I left it in his hands to tell me when it was time to go. And, unfortunately, that was the day he woke up and his eyes said simply, "Enough." The staff was attentive and kind from the jump. An examination revealed the options, but it was obvious that whatever was happening was quite serious - and I was given a breakdown of potential next steps. Of course with Sid's age, putting him down was also an option, and I already knew this is what we were going with. I did not receive any pressure to run any preliminary tests, procedures, or additional costs. I was simply told what the options were, and provided with an honest opinion of what the outcomes could be. And all options sucked. BUT it was obvious that the people helping me genuinely cared, and it made the heartbreak just a tiny bit easier. I had never had to do this before and I came in with Sid alone, so the vet guided me through what we were doing, what was next, and gave me ample time in between to say goodbye. Again, no real way to make these things less painful, but there was something in the attention and care I was receiving that made me feel like I wasn't going through it alone. The staff was going through it with me. I also received a beautiful card in the mail from them afterwards, hand-signed with a personal message from each - and this small gesture brought such warmth to my heart that I felt I had to share it. Highly recommend this place.

I spent 3+ hours there but it didn't feel like it. I was able to be by his side the entire time, there was hydration and snacks, and I was comfortable. I feel like every nurse checked in with us at least once. Even my cat felt chill enough after a while to curl up and nap in his large cage (they were quite busy and all rooms were taken). As off Feb '25 it was $200 for just the most basic care, for what it's worth, and in our situation it was very much worth it. They sent everything to my usual vet, including recommended follow up testing. Flippin' awesome and so helpful for moving forward after a terrible Sunday!

While I had multiple options of oncology specialists to bring him to, I brought him to PASE because I just had a gut feeling about it after reading online about all of the options, as well as reading the doctor/staff profiles. My instinct was correct. My dog is still getting chemotherapy treatment 3 months later, but he is in full remission presently (again, indestructible), and you'd never know he was sick or even 15 with how much vibrant energy he has. But I am chalking a huge part of this to everyone at PASE. I met with the oncology team and immediately felt like my dog as in the best hands possible (the fact that he went into remission after about 2 weeks confirms that). Dr. Davis, Laura, and Kristen are the biggest support squad for my pup he's ever had (outside of myself). He has never been in better hands, and I will forever trust their team with any specialty care I ever need for a pet. I live a good distance from PASE, with so many other closer oncology veterinarians but it is worth the weekly commute. I don't know what more I can say about both the medical treatment and the emotional support my dog and myself have received from the team at PASE. That extends beyond just the medical team: the friendly familiar faces of the team working the front desk is beyond measure. They treat both my dog and I with the utmost care and respect. I don't know what the future holds for my dog. We take it week by week. But one things for certain: PASE has already given him a longer, quality life. And at the rate it's been going, I see that continuing for some time. And how can I not be forever indebted to them for giving us this amazing gift of more time together? Please consider PASE for your pet's needs. Doing so has been the single best decision I've made in my dog's decade-and-a-half on this planet.

My cat, Jasper, was very ill and hospitalized there for 4 days. The emergency room veterinarians and technicians were amazing. One ER doctor called me multiple times over the course of 2 days just to keep me updated on my baby. How amazing! Then Jasper was transferred from emergency medicine to the internal medicine team. This is when we met Dr. DiBenedetto- our hero. I cannot say enough amazing things about this man. He showed true compassion towards me and Jasper, he worked extremely hard to determine what was causing Jaspers illness, spent a great deal of time providing me with all the details of his illness, treated him appropriately, and SAVED HIM! Nine days after discharge, Jasper started to feel unwell again. Luckily we already had a follow up visit scheduled, so off we went to Redbank again. Dr. DiBenedetto promptly determined the diagnosis, explained to me in detail what we could do to help him, and provided me with honest and empathetic options. We decided to treat Jasper at home, as funds were tight after a 4 day hospital stay. Now two weeks after that last visit, Jasper is THRIVING!! He saved him for 2nd time!! Jasper turned 9 on June 6th and I owe it all to Redbank's amazing staff- especially Dr. DiBenedetto, his tech Liz, and the rest of the internal medicine team. The empathy, compassion, thoroughness, respectfulness, and intelligence that Dr. DiBenedetto possesses is truly exceptional. Thank you!!!! PS- I also love that they have a coffee station, water, tea, and a vending machine. The establishment is always very clean and the front desk staff are polite. We brought our Doberman here due to a racing arrhythmia. Knowing DCM and having lost three others to this disease, time was of the importance. Dr Meltzer was able to perform both a EKG and an Ultrasound, to get the best information on why, what and how to treat our girl. We were able to be in the exam room and watch these tests being performed. That was much appreciated, to see the care they took with her. Both Dr Meltzer and Shannon were wonderful with our girl. As suspected by us, she was diagnosed within DCM/V-Tac. Appropriate medications were given to us, with her being dosed before we left. Scripts were received, Wedgewood compounding pharmacy received another script, for Pimobendan, which we already had an account there. All in all, things fast tracked once we arrived. Anyone with a Doberman and having gone thru DCM; knows the significance of catching this early and starting treatment. Although there is no cure, their life can be extended. We left there with a follow up appointment in two weeks, to do another EKG, to ensure the medication is working for our girl. Walked out with a complete written report explaining her condition, test results and everything needed to know about this diagnosis, including her medications. Honestly, having had three other Dobermans go thru this situation; this is the first time we were able to "see it all" with the testing. That is so important to us and very much appreciated they allowed us to be in the exam room. This was the most personalized experience we have ever had at a cardiologist appointment. Our kitten was almost 5 months old when he became lethargic and I took him in as an emergency. I brought him in, in his carrier wrapped snuggly in a t-shirt that smelled like his favorite human, my then 7 year old. Before we arrived I had hand-fed him, helped him drink water, kept him warm but realized I needed help. So I viewed our pet insurance website and searched for an emergency vet close by. He had insurance. When we arrived, we were called back rather quickly. We only sat in the examine room for maybe 5-10 minutes before he was taken further back without me. 5-10 minutes more and a staff member returned to tell me without extensive treatment he wouldn't make it. They didn't give a reason he had become unwell. No tests were ran. He just didn't respond to something they had given him, so that was their conclusion. I was escorted back to see him, where he lay breathing shallow, eyes open, and needle connected but no fluid attached. I asked questions. Requested more information. I was informed again they didn't believe the chances of him making it were likely. I NEVER gave the permission to euthanize him. I cried and asked for more information. A young lady came over, placed her hand on him and said he had passed. At the time I was a few months postpartum and it took me a while to process that the decision had been made for me. I read his paperwork sometime later and saw that I was charged for euthanizing him. I NEVER requested that. I was informed he was "gone" while I was standing in front of him. No additional fluids were given to him. He had insurance. I reported this establishment to the insurance company when I reviewed the paperwork. I think of that day at random, like today.
