Dr. Matt was also amazing! He gave Tango he first time annual checkup, vacanations and blood work. Typically Tango is very comfortable at the clinic however he had a one time experience to trim his nails and he just didn't want any part of it. Dr. Matt said this can be common with a GSD. But the wonderful, kind and gentle doctor was able to warm right up to him and provided the care and thouough exam without fail. Thank you all so very much for all you do for our 111 lb. Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

The receptionist said, "Well​ if you can get him in here at either 1 pm or 3 pm we can look at him, but we just can't let you bring him in anytime without a specific appointment. I scheduled my two dogs for an evaluation last Friday. I was told to have them there by 9:30am, evaluation at noon, and then pick any time after 3pm. It was around 2:45pm and I hadn't heard anything all day, so I called and was told that my dogs had not been evaluated yet but they were about to within the next 15 minutes, it would take 15-20 minutes to complete, and they would call me when they were done so I could come get them. 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything, so I just went to get them anyways. When I got there, I immediately could tell something was off. The employee at the counter just stared at the computer for minutes, not saying a word. She then went to the back office for a few minutes, returned to the desk and continued to just be on the computer. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She finally walked off to get my dogs, but I heard her call on the radio asking where they even were. When she brought them out, she just handed them to me and didn't say anything. I had to ask if they passed, in which she replied, "no, they were too nervous and you'll have to come back and do it again." She could not give me any details about how they acted or what the evaluation had consisted of. Something didn't feel right about this entire interaction, so I called to speak with a manager. There were no notes on their account, so the manager went to talk to other employees to find out what happened. Turns out they were incorrectly booked and did not receive an evaluation at all, and instead were "day-boarded". I understand that miscommunications happen, but explicitly lying is unacceptable. When I call to check on their evaluation and am told that they are about to do it but then never follow up, and then I pick them up and am lied to again about how their evaluation went. Just tell me they got booked wrong. Or when I called to check on their evaluation, do it then since that should have alerted you that there had been a miscommunication. That's all you had to do. Instead, the employees felt the need to fabricate a story and place the blame on my dogs' behavior instead of their mistake. PetSuites has completely lost my trust in their ability to care for my dogs and I will not be returning.

I was hesitant to give her a yearly shot for heart-worm since I have a supply at home so the doctor said gave me three choices, prices, and the pros and cons of all. First time visits, they provide a discount and you can check in via Facebook for a free T-shirt. Sometimes there can be a slight wait but it's worth it! Just know they give everyone their complete attention and assurance that they care about your precious pet. Also don't be scared to ask about groomer, behavioral training, etc they love to give these resources and I have used them with great resources. When you make your appointment, they will send email reminders. Their pharmacy is online to make ordering super easy at your convenience. What's not to love about them?
