I scheduled my two dogs for an evaluation last Friday. I was told to have them there by 9:30am, evaluation at noon, and then pick any time after 3pm. It was around 2:45pm and I hadn't heard anything all day, so I called and was told that my dogs had not been evaluated yet but they were about to within the next 15 minutes, it would take 15-20 minutes to complete, and they would call me when they were done so I could come get them. 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything, so I just went to get them anyways. When I got there, I immediately could tell something was off. The employee at the counter just stared at the computer for minutes, not saying a word. She then went to the back office for a few minutes, returned to the desk and continued to just be on the computer. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She finally walked off to get my dogs, but I heard her call on the radio asking where they even were. When she brought them out, she just handed them to me and didn't say anything. I had to ask if they passed, in which she replied, "no, they were too nervous and you'll have to come back and do it again." She could not give me any details about how they acted or what the evaluation had consisted of. Something didn't feel right about this entire interaction, so I called to speak with a manager. There were no notes on their account, so the manager went to talk to other employees to find out what happened. Turns out they were incorrectly booked and did not receive an evaluation at all, and instead were "day-boarded". I understand that miscommunications happen, but explicitly lying is unacceptable. When I call to check on their evaluation and am told that they are about to do it but then never follow up, and then I pick them up and am lied to again about how their evaluation went. Just tell me they got booked wrong. Or when I called to check on their evaluation, do it then since that should have alerted you that there had been a miscommunication. That's all you had to do. Instead, the employees felt the need to fabricate a story and place the blame on my dogs' behavior instead of their mistake. PetSuites has completely lost my trust in their ability to care for my dogs and I will not be returning.

She is always tested well by the staff as they dote on her when she arrives. She is a bit skittish so this is especially important for both of us since I fret it will become worse if she doesn't feel safe and secure. I was hesitant to give her a yearly shot for heart-worm since I have a supply at home so the doctor said gave me three choices, prices, and the pros and cons of all. First time visits, they provide a discount and you can check in via Facebook for a free T-shirt. Sometimes there can be a slight wait but it's worth it! Just know they give everyone their complete attention and assurance that they care about your precious pet. Also don't be scared to ask about groomer, behavioral training, etc they love to give these resources and I have used them with great resources. When you make your appointment, they will send email reminders. Their pharmacy is online to make ordering super easy at your convenience. What's not to love about them?

The receptionist said, "Well​ if you can get him in here at either 1 pm or 3 pm we can look at him, but we just can't let you bring him in anytime without a specific appointment. Needless to say, there was no offer of help or options, nor suggestions given. I'm very disappointed in the attitude and lack of concern or passion for an animal in need.

The 2nd time I take my dog there they call about 30 mins after they start grooming him and say he is bleeding from his genitals and they cannot finish the cut or bath him. Which was understandable. I then go to pick up my dog to take him to the vet and they only accepted cash or check so I told them I would bring the money to them after his vet appointment. They told me that the I owed $80 and to bring him back at a later date so they can finish the cut and bath him and I would just pay them for the bath and rest of the cut. I went to the bank and withdrew the $80 even though I thought that was a crazy amount for half a cut and proceeded to go to the vet. My vet then tells me that my dog has trauma to his penis area. They were unable to say exactly what happened but said it was fresh blood and it recently happened. So my mother in law tried to call them twice and explain what the vet said and state that we feel we should not have to pay due to the circumstances and that they should pay for the vet bill as well. The place did not answer the phone. I then get a call from a police officer asking why I did not pay for the service and I explained to them what had happened and the police officer said to handle it basically how I already am and tell her that I am now stuck with a $113 vet bill due to my dog having to get antibiotics and a shot for the swelling. The owner proceeds to tell me that they vet couldn't say exactly what happened so she is not paying the vet bill. My dog was not injured when we dropped him off. He was not bleeding. He didn't not hit his genitals on our car (like the owner gave as an example for the reason behind his trauma) there is a video of him before the cut not bleeding and then pictures of him bleeding after he was on their table and the cut has started. I do not believe they purposely harmed my dog but they also did not handle the situation professionally and own up to my dog somehow getting injured while on their table. The owner would not even call me to speak about it she would only message me on Facebook. Very unprofessional. They are also the ones who took these videos and pictures.
