Only stars because of cost associated with removing empty cardboard boxes filled with empty folded cardboard boxes and packing paper. There were a few small light metal pieces, but paying $300 for 10 minutes of work is insane. I know there are other costs involved, but everyone who adds to the truck until it's full enough to dump will pay the same or higher for costs associated with a single dump. I messaged for a quote through Yelp and received a reply within 2 hours. I was scheduled the following week. Our time slot was between 8-10am and two individuals arrived around 8:30am. Pricing: I received estimates from 3 other hauling services and this was by far the cheapest. It is $679 for a full load with a $100 discount if you mention Yelp. These guys never finished the job!!! They told me that they would be back to pick up the rest of the crap and ask my to pay them. I did thinking that they would follow through and guess what.... That's right they never came back to finish what they started. I called the company several times to find out what happened and I also need a receipt. After months someone finally came out to my house not to finish the job but to give me another estimate for the rest of the stuff they should have done the first time. Vets Move Junk is absolutely a 5 star operation. I'd give them more if the extra stars were available. We've got a lot going on right now and Mike worked with me tirelessly, professionally and with a great attitude as I switched dates on him probably at least half a dozen times. When we were finally able to secure a solid date the driver vet called me to let me know he was on his way.. He gave me an hour and a half notice! Stellar! I told him take your time as I still had quite a bit to do and he gave me another half hour on top of that. Awesome! When they got here they took a look around and quoted me a price. I needed at least one full truck load. Their prices are in line with every other company I've checked so no shock there. But who wouldn't want to hire vets?
