What ever happened to farmers markets being cheaper than grocery stores? OMG every vendor is…read moreextremely expensive. I lived I. Oregon for 10 years and farmers markets were pretty reasonable. This market is nice but very expensive 2 squash were -almost 5 bucks. A croissant was $9. Bucks. Nice place to roam around on a Saturday but take some cash as the vendors are not reasonable the food booths are ok and regular pricing but the veggie booths etc are hella expensive.

The weather has been perfect the last few times it was open and I loved strolling through the vendors and really learning about what they were offering. The vendors are are really great people and the live music is the perfect touch! Being located near home is even better (west side of town). I hope it gets more visitors to keep it going because it's so fun to have them over here. They did a fun Halloween event with candy and costume contests. It's a bit more involved than the other markets, even if it isn't the biggest one. It's like a little family. :) I definitely recommend a visit. Grab a coffee or a Kona ice and take a stroll while enjoying the current weather. *This market is located in the parking lot next to Sequoia's and Asada Grill off of Buena Vista on the last Wednesday of every month.

It's seems like the vendors are all squeezed in together. Not enough room for people to walk around or push the strollers. Parking is horrible and a big issue from what I can see. Food is delicious they have different options which is great but the parking and organization needs more work. I would say safety hazards and maybe violations. If someone were to shoot into a crown their is no place to run and not enough lighting

Got the Fiesta Pistachios today from the Torrance City Farmers Market. Was looking to purchase roasted & UNSALTED pistachios but the lady (busy attending to other customers who wanted to sample the nut butters) said they don't have it. My purchase was for $14, not bad considering the organic, roasted & unsalted pistachios at Sprouts were for $12.49. The Fiesta pistachios have all the flavors they have available. Some featured flavors that I noticed after I have paid for mine were, garlic, jalapeño....I would've gotten the garlic for sure! Next time. Snacked on these on the way home & these were really good, packed with flavors, especially the garlic are pretty spicy. Will definitely try other flavors when I visit next tome. Hopefully the vendor would be more attentive.
