It's been 9 years since I last used them and thankfully Ali still answered his phone. After 2 or 3 bids from other companies, I was left frustrated at the timeline and costs. I remembered Ali and gave him a call. Two rings, "I'm in the area and will be by in 1 hr." I had my painter waiting as this was a color scheme I needed input. Ali quickly and expertly told me to go with 1 shade lighter and suggested a light luxury Vinyl plank floating floor. Painter agreed the color would work and went with Ali's suggestion. I told him this is what I budgeted for including product, install, baseboards, and moving furniture. He said I can do that and I'll have it done next weekend (in two days) If you don't like it, don't pay. The painter heard this and said I can paint this weekend and have it done in two days and if you don't like it, don't pay me! I didn't have to close my office at all, no down time!!! Back to back weekends and I have a complete remodel. The luxury vinyl planks are waterproof and have a 25 year guarantee. The color matches perfectly as Ali suggested and I get nothing but compliments. I never thought about vinyl but it is soft, forgiving, and looks exactly like wood! If you are lucky enough to hire this great company, discuss EVERYTHING upfront & inspect the work while they are doing it. Ali invited me down to inspect and get my opinion from start to finish. Easiest, fastest, highest quality, and professional team top to bottom. They even came back to replace a plank I was unhappy with and, you guessed it, did a closet I didn't discuss with him for no extra cost. Ali has a thing about closet floors, they HAVE to be done hahaha!!! I highly recommend them as a repeat customer. Glorious flooring at unbeatable installed prices. I had a specific vision in mind for the countertop for our kitchen remodel, and after a short-notice in-person consultation with Stephanie she compiled a detailed estimate for each option. After sending the detailed quote by email, she then went above and beyond to track down a different type of MSI quartz that fit my vision and was available in a jumbo slab. I loved that option more than any of the others I had seen in person, and this allowed us to complete the project with one jumbo slab instead of two standard ones. She was able to promptly secure the slab from MSI and get us in touch with the Gala installation team. For a very competitive price, the team did an impeccable job with the countertop fabrication and installation.
