As I went up to purchase my stuff , he shouts over to me "You're late!" Scolding me like a child or done something wrong. I explained I had just been in an auto accident prior coming in although I did not even have to explain myself. The regular session was just starting. I was standing there for apx 10min while he chattered it up with some lady not purchasing anything. He then tells me I need to leave cause I'm not playing bingo. I said yes I was I was waiting to get my paper. He just continued to berate me said I could not have my service dog in there. Refused to look at my service animal paperwork and said he does not have to let anyone in as he is the owner. This man Tom is a hater! He does not support OR Accomidate people with disabilities, and thinks he can judge and treat disabled people how ever he pleases. He states he can do what he wants in his establishment, and can refuse to allow a service animal in his business and treat a disabled person like a worthless human being!!!

Typical fare of hamburger, tenders and local restaurants. The only line that didn't move fast as the beer line. Everyone, from the EGPD directing traffic, security, vendors and the attendees were incredible. The venue itself is perfect for this event. Luke came onstage just at sunset. So nature treated us to a fantastic light show first with that amazing sunset over a wide open space and then the concert kept it going. Highly recommend. And a standing ovation to everyone involved in pulling off the first event at this venue.

They gave out red envelopes to every person in attendance and also Mardi Gras beads and a mask. It was very thoughtful. There are different deals on different days so I highly recommend looking at the website prior to going. You can also call before you go if you have any questions. They have kind of like a players card that you can use to gain points when you play so I suggest you sign up for that. I highly recommend going hungry when you go so that you can order from their snack bar. I recommend the tacos. They are everything that your dreams are made of. You will not be disappointed. They're well organized and do a great job overall communicating with the children and parents. You'll need to download the Band app which many other theater companies utilize as well to communicate reminders. Our little one has had pleasant experiences and made new friends. It's built her confidence and she thoroughly enjoys performing. Tickets are reasonably priced and we're looking forward to seeing her in their upcoming Willy Wonka production. It's a great way for children in the Elk Grove area to participate in children's theater. Performances are currently held downtown, but everything is well spelled out beforehand. They're also great at answering questions in a timely manner. They offer a variety of shows, so don't fret if the first one you see isn't up your child's alley.

What I don't like is how I was treated as the mother of a girl that was considered to be loose with boys. She had a crush on a boy that was also in the same production, and his mother/guardian didn't like my daughter, so consequently, my daughter gained a very bad reputation, and with the organizers of the performances. What my complaint is that I purchased 3 copies of videos of the show and never received any. I kept asking for them, and never received them. Was I being judged as a bad mother and then they decided I couldn't have the videos? I have no proof. When I purchased the videos right after the performance, in the back of the gym where the performance was, there was a table there with one of the organizers of the show attending it, selling future videos of the show. I wrote my name down on the list, which performance she was in, and it was recorded that I bought three videos. I asked for a receipt and the lady said that I didn't need one, my name and contact information was on the sheet, therefore, I didn't need a receipt. After weeks of asking for the videos, after it was announced that the video was available, I finally gave up. That is criminal behavior! I was hated for being the mother of a girl they considered to be loose, and therefore, they would not give me the videos I paid for, is my guess, what else? They knew that I didn't have proof of paying, so I couldn't prove anything. How horrible! Not only did I gain a bad reputation, I didn't get what I paid for. So these people judged me (didn't know me at all), and it was them who had criminal behavior. All I really want is a video of my daughter performing, even one!
