Went here with a couple of girlfriends had a great time had wine tasty food pairing that's the greatest happiest hour. It's a private establishment. You have to be a member. This service is great. The ambience is impeccable. You have to go try it go for a tour. It's amazing. I want to thank my friend Stepheney for inviting me.

What an experience this establishment provides! I felt like royalty walking up in there and I'm not a member. I was a guest of a member. From the moment you walk in you feel the sense of elegance and everyone looks you in the eye and they greet you with a smile! They are super professional and I see why they have the distinguished members that are members of this establishment. The decor is so beautiful with the navy and gold and just different settings throughout the various floors and rooms. There's a waiver that you have to sign in regard to sharing on social media, etc. so respectfully I'm going to describe in words versus posting pictures other than the outside picture for this review. I will say the food, the drinks, and dessert are super exquisite. If this was in my budget on a monthly basis I'd become a member. However, I was just appreciative of having the experience that I did with a great group of ladies and being treated like royalty by the staff.

I stopped by this lounge because of the beautiful pictures and positive reviews I saw online. I knew it was a social club but reviews indicated that there were areas open to the public. When I arrived, the staff informed me that the club was now fully private. They were very nice and gave me recommendations on other places to check out. At least I was able to get a quick look at this beautiful establishment!

Service is great, serious attention to detail and friendly. Throughout the modern, upscale, art forward design creates a comfortable atmosphere conducive to meeting and greeting. The food is fresh and health conscious. Overall The Jacquelyn isn't just a place, it is an experience.

Came here for a girls night and the food was delicious. Simple and fresh. The drinks were good a bit pricey but good. Definitely would come back for the food.

Really cute place for drinks! The drinks were all really good, love that they have Mocktails.

Spectacular space and great addition to the Sacramento scene. Perfect mix of restaurant/bar/lounge. The furnishings/decor are well curated and feel quality to the touch. Everything from the materials to the staff reveal an attention to detail. Another unexpected feature - large front doors that open up to the patio, allowing for a breezy inside out dynamic. The whole experience just has a good synergy. The only downside is limited seating. I also wish the music was a little louder. I can't even recall if there was music.

The location is beautiful gem, all items have beautiful presentation. The staff is very chatty amongst themselves and less attentive to guests. The Cod and Flat Iron Steak were the only items I would order again. Drinks were a miss and unfortunately the food made me sick. Perhaps it was an off day. The only person that was amazing seemed to be the manager.. Mary

My partner and I came in for the opening for some drinks. Was told that the area with the dark furniture is the public area whereas the other side was for members only. Very nice staff, didn't rush us with ordering -- I ordered the Ube Bae, which was a delicious Mocktail! We originally sat at the bar and decided to sit outside instead, to our surprise a server brought us some water even though we didn't ask and on top of it they kept checking up on us. Didn't order any food this time, but excited to try it out next time, although the menu was a bit small.

I'm so obsessed with The Jacquelyn. I was drawn to it- Because my mom who passed in 2021 shares the same name. Our friends are members- so we got the full Experience. I was blown away by the design and decor- it's beyond breathtaking. The food and cocktails 10/10. I look forward to spending more time at The Jacquelyn.

I got the tikka combo which involves skewered lamb and chicken over rice. There's some hummus, a big piece of bread, and a salad involved. Overall, I thought everything could have been more flavorful. While I'm a sauce man, if a place doesn't beg me to ask for sauce or add more, I'm pretty impressed. Further, the lamb was kind of tough. Perhaps, some of the other items could be better. They seem to have some nice baked good options. I guess the $ is competitive, but for $20+ for an entree and soda... Service: order at the register. Not too much conversation involved. Maybe about 4 tables available to dine in.

They are located inside a Mediterranean market. We ordered from the bakery, but, paid over in the market. I got their beef shawarma sandwich, while my coworkers went with the chicken. It took a few minutes before our sandwiches were done. The sandwich was big and a very good value for the price they charge. The problem I had was with the meat as it was very gristly. The beef was marinated well, and came with tomatoes and onions. They were okay. I can't complain much as the price was very reasonable.

I'm not vegan but if I was I'd eat here daily, their olive salad (not sure of the name at the moment) is absolutely delicious, grilled veggies are cooked perfectly. Server did offer to let us choose 2 different meats for our two #41 Koobideh plates (2 beef skewers for $25), but I think we would have been better off just ordering one #61 All Koobideh plate (3 different meat skewers for $34). One plate has plenty of basmati rice for two people to share. She suggested the two #41 orders, instead of answering how much an extra order of rice would cost. Maybe you can't order a side of rice? Rice comes with each entree. By ordering the 2nd plate, she offered or included the $8 Bread Basket for no extra charge. It was my friend's birthday. I wanted to pay, and she wanted to order extra to go, so I wanted two separate bills, but it seemed too complicated to explain or disallowed. After the food was delivered to the table, server didn't check on us anymore. I guess the restaurant doesn't do anything special for birthdays. My friend thought all the koobideh tasted the same. I liked them in this order: 1) Lamb, 2) Chicken, and 3) Beef, but they're the same texture, so they aren't all that different. I should have ordered a different 2nd entree, instead of two Koobideh plates. The #18 Bademjan Borani eggplant appetizer was yummy. It did come with some bread, so you don't have to order the bread basket. The bread is served warm. The basmati rice was light and fluffy, but not flavorful or buttery. You can pay a $4 upgrade to switch the rice to salad or a fancier stir fried rice. Read the Vegetarian Dishes menu section to learn about the various fried rice or polo preparations. Our server suggested the Fava Bean Rice or Baghali Polo because it is a Persian New Year dish. Yelp reviewers recommended the Zereshk Polo, which includes barberries, a fruit similar to currants. $10 to add a skewer of veggies. $4 to add a salad is mentioned under the Vegetarian Dishes menu and Seafood & Combination Plates menu. I didn't like how the sugar cubes for the Persian Tea were served. It looked communal and exposed to the elements. You could see sugar dust on the serving bowl. Other Persian restaurants serve the sugar in a smaller covered bowl. Formal dining room. Lunch specials are Monday to Friday, 11 am to 3 pm, excluding holidays. Lunch prices range from $16-$20. 3 different $8 soup offerings: chicken barley, ashe reshteh, or green lentil.
