It is really modern with a TV menu out front and a chip reader on the counter with your own touch screen for payment. The truck is clean and looks great. The truck itself def gets 5 stars for form and function. I had the bison dog, wagyu sliders and the Parmesan tots. The bison dog itself was good but it was covered it too much other stuff. Trying it for the first time I didn't want to alter it but next time I will know to ask to hold back on some of the stuff. The sliders were good but nothing to write home about. Cook well and had a nice sauce but then they had a cheese sauce instead of actual cheese. I thought that was an odd choice. It seemed to cheapen the idea of a wagyu slider with something akin to nacho cheese sauce on top of it. The tots however...damn these were good. No idea if they made these themselves or if they came out of a bag but you couldn't tell either way. They had no frozen or stale taste to them, were fried well and you got plenty of them. They had salt & pepper, cilantro and Parmesan...all in the right amounts. For $2 there is no way I would say no to them...ever. Overall it was an ok experience, but I will definitely be returning as I can certainly see something amazing coming out of this truck.

The tacos were amazing. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and grilled. The pico had a little kick to it, which I enjoyed, but my daughter did not. More for me. With food trucks, it's all about timing. Order early, or order later, but if you order at the peak time, expect to wait a little bit. It's worth it!

Loved to see the support from my neighbors! I was able to checkout the menu before heading down and had set my sights on their new Mexican Mac & Shrimp Bowl. This bowl was listed with the following -- mac & cheese, Cajun butter poached shrimp, queso, peppers and onions, black bean corn salsa, citrus crema, salsa sauce, jalapeños, and tortilla strips and cilantro. All things I love! Once I got to the window and placed my order I only had a short wait to receive my food. The guy at the window was super friendly! I brought the goods home and knew I was going to have leftovers for days. (Which I'm still enjoying!!!). As you can tell from the list of ingredients above I found the bowl offered a lot of fun combinations making for a great eating experience. The 2 things that would have elevated the bowl for me would have been salt and spice! I understand that serving a large range of clientele from a food truck would force seasoning to be on a lighter handed side versus a heavy handed side. They helped pull off a memorable and delicious Lowcountry Boil n Bbq for our neighborhood HOA. The team arrived early to set up and get the boil going. Thankfully it was a gorgeous sunny day and we didn't have to use our rain plan. There were some minor challenges due to winds, which they overcame quickly as they prepped everything in such a way they were weighted down. The shrimp was by far the standout of the boil. So many residents provided feedback that the shrimp was cooked perfectly and they went back for 3rds. The andouille has a little kick and it brought vivid flavor and balance to the mix. Don't forget to ask about their fixins and alternative options. Note, they made both seafood and vegan boil to help us accommodate for all dietary needs.
