3rd time trying. 1st time was good as it was their grand opening month. After that a definite NO. 2nd time, got sat on the patio after a half hour wait. Crickets. No wait staff checked on us. No water. No " can I get you a drink". Only the menu. Which became our only interaction with the restaurant. After reading it, and changing our mind numerous times as we waited for the (any) wait staff to take our order, no one ever showed up, although many passed right by us. Half an hour later, we left. Asked upon exiting, "was there a problem" Duh! 2 months later, let's give it another try. Friday night, 6pm. No problem getting a seat, outside again. A wonderful cooler evening for the patio. Plus we had a guest with us this time. First, the umbrella was closed and blocking the middle of the table. "Can we put the umbrella up?" "Well, there is no pin to hold it up, someone has stolen the pin" oh my! We tied it up so it wouldn't fall, then the seater/host stole the pin from the other umbrella to secure it. All good. Menus to read. All of a sudden a familiar feeling set in. No waiter yet. No water. Plenty of menus. Deja vu. Oh no. We asked the table next to us how was the service. She answered, not great. They were sitting a while and a few of their items were incorrect. I quickly went to the host area and asked if we could get a server and drinks while we waited, and informed him of our last incident at the restaurant. He assured us he would get someone out immediately. After another 10 minutes of being ignored, we decided to leave. Again! We informed two of the employees as we left. And that it was a repeat disappointment. They did and said nothing. Terrible service. There is a happy ending to this nightmare. We have always loved PIEOUS pizza in Dripping Springs but unfortunately their dining room has been closed since the Covid issue. We do online ordering and take out with them only because of this. We had heard that their dining room was open sometimes. We decided to take the 20 minute drive and had the BEST food, service and atmosphere. I suggest you try Pieous, after all the 20 minute drive is the same as sitting being ignored at a table, but after that you will get treated like a king/queen. And your tastebuds will be happy. Bee Cave residents were so excited to get a Via313 but seriously drive to Pieous or if you really have a need for a Via313 head to the Oak Hill location. They do a great job! read more

This is a review centered on the worthless website. I tried for 5 or 10 minutes to place an order, and the website defied every attempt to complete the transaction. I entered all my contact and address info, my credit card info, and order details, yet the website went into a doom loop of requesting info I had already entered and wouldn't acknowledge and complete the order. I worked at Dell, I worked at Apple, I spend lots of money online , so it's not a case of a computer illiterate. 313 Pizza apparently doesn't want any funds. I've ordered from this location probably five or six times and they've yet to get the order correct and on time. If their pizza wasn't so good, or there were more options in Bee Caves, I wouldn't go back. Their lack of attention to detail and any semblance of an organized process or adequate staff training is painfully obvious. Nice people, but if you don't teach them what to do or how to help people, all they can be is nice and apologetic. Maybe they will work out the kinks since it's a relatively new location, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Pizza is great. Salads are marginal. Alright, so, I absolutely LOvE the Via 313 product. I have been a fan since circa 2007 when every time I came close to downtown Austin I found my way to the E. Austin location to grab a pie or 5. It's my favorite pizza, and it still is. I have directed anyone that visits Austin to make sure that go to Via 313. I love their success and it's much deserved. That said, the fact they're tacking a $4.49 service fee on to go orders is dog sht. As a former service worker I pride myself on appropriately tipping all staff at restaurants. I will minus all tips this mandatory "service fee". But, a $4.49 "Service Fee" is absolutely ridiculous. Also, and as egregious, and probably more, is that your small pizza's used to actually occupy the entire box. It now occupies about 75% of the box. I know that times are tough in the restaurant business because of costs but come on, the product and the value is suffering. I love you guys and I want nothing but success for your company but this stuff is really turning me off. Love, a long time loyal patron. read more

Food is delicious, people were very friendly, service was a little slow. But honestly compared to the other places in the area, I would rather wait for yummy food, than go anywhere else. They even acknowledged the service was slow and provided a free salad. Pizza was delicious!!! Pizza had laced edges with a Parmesan crispy crust. I ordered artichoke, mushrooms, and ricotta. Food, great! Service??? Nice, but who is running this place? Seriously!!! I don't see an adult anywhere and the lack of communication and lack of effectiveness shows. We've been sitting an hour waiting for pizza. It took 30 min just to order, yet there are empty tables everywhere. It is now 7:46 PM on a Saturday night. We've now decided that if we ever actually see our pizza we will take it home to eat. The only thing worse than the wait and lack of service is the noise. Last time we sat outside and all was well. Was excited to have them here in our area. It's Father's Day, I wanted their pizza. Tried to order online but had a couple questions so we called in the order. I know, should have just guessed and completed online, but it didn't seem like the call in was difficult and neither was my order. Was told it would be an hour. After two hours the pizza was still not in the oven. My wife was there an hour waiting to pick up and staff continued to say it was almost next. So we cancelled. I'm too aggravated to add more, but a complete failure and not the way to start a new location. Really zero stars, failure to provide their service. read more

Really disappointed by this location as we've been big fans of the Oak Hill spot. We walked in the door last night at 6pm with our two little ones. We finally walked out at 8:40 after never receiving our order and finally just cancelling it because our kids were falling asleep. As we we were getting up they tried to give us one of the kids pizzas (we had ordered 3 pies) as some kind of saving grace but the pizza was cold and over cooked - totally inedible after waiting for almost 3 hours. The other pizzas never came I don't know how long we would have had to wait. They were totally consumed with their takeout business and left all the dine-in customers sitting for hours. Many others left as well. I worked in plenty of restaurants and hate leaving a bad review but that was as bad of mismanagement as I've seen. We won't be back to this location and it really spoiled our like for Via 313. read more

The pizza was excellent. I ordered an extra ranch salad dressing, (about 2 tbsp)it was $2.00. The extra fee wasn't on the menu nor did the waitress tell us. While our waitress pleasant, she definitely needed to tend to her hygiene. Her hair was greasy and unkempt. She looked like she just woke up, slapped her clothes on. So glad via opened this location. We used to drive to downtown Austin and buy it at a food truck, but the pizza is delicious. The gluten free pizza is the best gluten free crust we've had. I can't even tell the difference between the normal crust and gluten free crust. Amanda our bartender was amazing! We ordered a few beers and a hibiscus margarita. Very mediocre experience. Broccoli/cauliflower appetizer was overcooked and a small serving. All of the pizzas (we ordered three) were overcooked, like they had been in the oven for too long or sat out waiting to be picked up. After waiting for a long time (with only eight other people in the restaurant) I inquired where are pizzas were and I was told, "It's only been 20 minutes, so it will be another 10 minutes." The waitress was nice and attentive but clearly the kitchen is way overcooking the food and it's not getting out promptly. I got the notion that this isn't really a pizza place, it's a quickie franchise restaurant place. read more

We ordered food from this location last night and the wait was 1.5 hours. They gave us the wrong pizza and forgot another item. The food was terrible. The bar pizza crust was floppy/soggy and one pizza was missing half of it's toppings (Cheese, Pepperoni and Sausage). If it's called cheese bread, you would think it would have cheese on it. Tried the new Via 313 in Bee Cave. They don't seem to be short on staff, but it sure takes a long time for the pizza to come out. The Margarita's were only average and bit pricey for what they were. The noise level, especially with a lot of kids, who have high pitched voices , is unbearable. We ate quickly so we could leave and get away from the excessively loud atmosphere. I'm sure all those who were waiting for seats appreciated our quick departure. Our bill for a pizza, and two Margarita's with tip was over $60. I doubt that we will be back -- maybe for take out. read more

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant I ordered from online and it was promised at a specific time which I showed up at. However when I arrived, nobody was there to greet me. In fact, there was several other people waiting with nobody in the lobby that worked there and nobody at the takeout counter to assist all of the people waiting. They were just standing there with me looking for someone that worked there. Another 10 minutes went by and nobody showed up. When someone finally came, my order wasn't even ready and they said it would be another five minutes. More time went by, and I let the guy working there know I had been waiting for a half hour and he just responded with, I don't know what to tell you and walked off. I ended up waiting in the lobby 30 minutes after the due time before I was able to get my order and walked out. I was never apologized to or offered a refund or credit, which I never understood why somebody wouldn't come out apologizing for the bad experience of having to wait so long and how I was treated. I hope other people read this and realize online orders are not promised at any time and people will be waiting for a very long time while being ignored in the lobby.
