As soon as we walked in the door, the cashier was very friendly. I was short on time and asked how long it would take to prepare, and the cook mentioned 10 minutes or less. It was just that. It came out so fast and delicious, WOW, the bacon, sausage, and pepperoni are just so full of flavor, very authentic, and I just went to New York not too long ago, and it definitely gave that New York-style vibe, even the inside looked like a New York-style setting with the seasoning setup right at the end table if you know you know I will be back! We ordered 12- pc bone in buffalo wings. The wings arrived with no buffalo sauce - I called and asked why buffalo wings would come with no buffalo sauce and they told me I had to select buffalo sauce as a sauce. Clearly the ordering system is not set up correctly because if I should select a sauce it should have that as a required action and not let me move on with the order without said required option. My receipt states buffalo wings...it's asinine that I have to argue that they should have buffalo sauce. This was our first time ordering and now we won't order from them again. The guy on the phone was not sympathetic - the chef said he couldn't do anything for us. Terrible customer service when clearly their online ordering system isn't set up correctly. They argued semantics with us stating that buffalo wings was just an umbrella term...you should have more clarity in your ordering system and have it set up correctly so that you have to select an option if options are required. read more

Me and my family of 3 devoured this XL pizza. They didn't have single slices, and had to order a whole pie. I'm glad we did. It's super tasty and washed down well with a canned soda. Not exactly the healthiest meal, but YOLO lol. The owner is friendly and so are the staff. read more

Stopped in for some pizza for lunch, and left satisfied and determined to come back frequently! The service was fast and friendly, and the options for single slices were great. We got the lunch special- extremely reasonably priced in my opinion. We each got a slice of pizza and a can of soda, and I got a small Caesar salad. Now, I'm from chicago so can't speak to the "perfect New York slice", but this is about as good as it gets for me. Nice quality crust, thin and not too crispy. Pepperonis were delicious, cheese to sauce ratio was exactly what I was looking for and well seasoned. 10/10. The Caesar salad is my make or break judgement for all restaurants I go to, and the one I got was absolutely up to par. Flavorful, and the container it came in was packed to the brim with lots of dressing, Parmesan, lettuce and croutons- no skimping here! The croutons were awesome. Overall the vibe was just great too. I love Yaghi's and we usually order pizza, chicken wings and chef salads. I wasn't feeling great so, even though it's afternoon, I ordered a lasagna and salad via Doordash. I was watching and saw my order ready in under 10min! It arrived uncooked, cold in middle. So now it's in the oven for 30min! People no cares how FAST you got it out the door! Cook the food longer!! Today I ordered a XL works pizza, it seems like they're just running through the routine; take the pizza out of the oven, cut it and serve it. Reading other reviews seeing everyone complain about undercooked pizza and I never experience it until today. The slices were flimsy, soggy and feel like they need to go back in the oven for a bit longer; the integrity of the slice was compromised so much the topping were just sliding off the slice . I always loved yaghis because their pizza tasted so much better than the restaurant looked. But it's all the same at this point, dump place, dump pizza. read more

Decided to try this out for a delivery dinner. We had the white pie (pesto chicken) and the boneless hot wings. The pizza was excellent! Thin crust but not soggy - definitely a great bite, lots of strong flavor. The boneless bites were also good. My only complaint is that their direct online delivery service didn't pick up my Austin address so I had to go through doordash and the pizza/wings took a LONG time to get delivered and arrived room temp. I wish they'd update their direct delivery software to account for new build neighborhoods so they would be more in control of the delivery service/speed. Overall, if you're looking for a great NY style pie, this is a great option in South Austin. I think they also have additional locations around the city. read more

Since the whole quarantine of 2020, I have been cooking most of my meals. Tonight, I had a hankering for pizza and wine. Yaghi's pizza - next to twin liquors seemed like a no-brainer. They had a large 16" pizza with three toppings (pickup special) so I got pepperoni, black olives, and garlic. Online ordering was easy. I love this pizza. I am from the northeast- I am used to New York, New haven style pizza. If you know - you know . Yaghi's is quality pizza. I've missed it and glad I ventured out. We are their regular customers until we were in the mood to have calzones and I ordered online plain cheese calzone with description ricotta included and I added two toppings and brought them home and found that there was no ricotta cheese in it and calzone was flat. It should be filling. Last time I had calzone it was good and filled with ricotta cheese. I called the next day and they said someone decided to remove ricotta cheese but the ricotta cheese was on the food description menu online. And the manager was not there and had to call back again. I called a few times to ask for the manager. Never did and I even left my name and numbers for them to call back. I know what the calzone is. I am PURE Italian 110 percent. I am really disappointed that they never called back because of the calzone wasn't good without the ricotta cheese and the manager seems avoid me. Decided to try a pizza last night. This is what my family was served. An orange, sour tasting, burnt pizza. I don't understand how you look at that and come to the conclusion, that this is an acceptable thing to put in a box, and serve to a family. I'm from New York. My family owned three pizzerias for over 20 years. We never, ever, put something like that in a box, and served it to someone.
