I like the small complex and don't feel like I'm in some giant industrial sized one. Manager Josephine is very professional and has always been on top of things. She also DOES NOT tolerate any riff-raff. Some people may get turned off by her, but that's fine with me. The maintenance guy Ken is also great and on top of things. He gets up every morning and picks up trash and on snowy days puts salt on my doorstep before I even leave my house :) The townhome design is nice there is no one above you and it feels bigger than it is. The walls are great and I can hardly hear my neighbors. I didn't know my neighbor had two dogs and a toddler till I met her. My only wish was that my apt had a washer and dryer cause the small laundry room was busy sometimes. Some of the apartments do have washer and dryer hook-ups if available. My utilities are always under $100 a month, maybe the most at $120 in the middle of summer. There is also a petroglyph trail behind the complex that many tenants take walks with their dogs or I have gone jogging there. There is also some beautiful city views from the trail. I have been very pleased with this place and would recommend it.

I've hit the point where I do not eat or cook in my apartment, roaches keep ending up in my cabinets with my dishes, they are always around the edges of the floors or in the sink. I had to remove all rugs I placed on the floor about a week after living here. Because they became roach hell underneath it. Shared the concern to staff about a month ago, because my preventative spraying and bait traps didn't seem to be killing as many as id like. No one has stopped by. Infact the roach issue has gotten worse in the meantime. So if you are the dude from Men in Black 1, totally recommend this place. If not and like walking around your home in the morning and not seeing roach Armageddon. Don't rent here. (Oh and yes! That is a dead mouse in my air conditioner that I had to threaten to sue for them to come by to remove! Mice, maggots, roaches, ants of all sizes that never end. And Bob the maintenance man is a scourge. He lies about being a cop, the CIA, in the military, he put his violent mentally ill son in w/my friend who was an elderly widow. He assaulted her, trashed her apartment. They laughed at buying her dead veteran husband's van for a fraction of what it was worth while making fun of how huge her breasts were but how ugly she was. Bob also lets his friends chain smoke while he dumps huge amounts of junk after hours & blames it on "random" people. I saw him. I also told him he wasn't allowed to yell at me (does this to most older women alone) he dumped food caught in dishwasher on the work order & circled the garbage. I complained to this guy Jesse who said we're trying to get him to stop." They raised a black couple w/2 small kids $400 so they had to move. My rent went up about $40 a. year. She was my friend. I didn't have the heart to tell her what she probably already knew. Their chain smoking friends w/lots of pew pews that he's so enthralled w/& has a man crush on. That's their little secret. But you can't sit outside bc all 3 of them smoke. Just don't even think about it. I'm filing a civil lawsuit. I've talked to the AG a few times. I have a disability that I was born with. I'm also a senior citizen so I've found a great firm excited to take the case. I hope anyone who sees this also goes after them if they've gone through anything like this. I came home from the hospital & all my electronics that I didn't take w/were gone. Didn't have one charger but the one I had in the hospital. I saw Bob just walk out w/an $8 bulb that I just bought! Isn't that what a property manager is supposed to do??? Didn't check on the empty house regularly for water leaks or issues that may have needed repair. Full of excuses. Only cared about the property when it was rented and aligned with the tenants instead of me, the Owner who they work for and I pay them. Random purchases were made without communicating or authorization or prior notice with me and billed me months later with lame excuses as to the cause of the purchases. Complete lack of communication. Then lost my keys to the property. I also have keyless entry locks. What property manager looses the keys to the property they are managing?? Never had the guts to tell me until I fired them. Constant untruths continued to arise while managing my property. Never knew the answers to my questions...always had to check with someone, but the Owner was who I signed my management contract with. Did not enforce or even know the terms of the management contract I signed. I arrived to clean the house and they did not want to send me the cleaning fee, sighting, visits to the property to check after tenant departed was part of the cleaning fee. But the contract listed, cleaning fee is for cleaning services ONLY. The cleaning fee was finally sent. Enough was enough. Very unprofessional and I have EVERY email and text message to back up my experiences. I am sure there is a good reason why the reviews are years old. Not many recent reviews are present. I noticed the old dates of the reviews and decided to take a chance. Complete waste of my time and money. There is a reason for lack of recent reviews, if a business is still operating. And had the audacity to charge me a 15% management fee when the going rate is 10%. For 15% I was expecting outstanding service and professionalism. Never really searched for tenants, full of excuses and told me her job was showing properties...REALLY??? A property management company??? Your duties are to search for tenants, take care of AND maintain a property in your care. If you are a tenant, looking for a furnished rental, this is a great place for you. Recently, I have reached out the Meaghan Argon concerning the use of my electricity by a high wattage blower motor which was left running in my apartment for 7+ days, for 24/ day. July 15- July 22 + to facilitate this property maintenance. This increased was reflected on my utility bill because during this time period I was not occupying my apartment since March 2026. I have sent emails, several phone messages and she has blatantly ignored all of my attempts to rectify the situation with any from of compensation.
