At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. I ended up paying a supposedly discounted total of $348.20 at Mike Tates 99 Auto for an oil change,…read morea tire rotation, and a battery installation and registration using a battery I provided. This turned out to be an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. The shop charged $221.94 just for the battery service, which was particularly disappointing considering a local O'Reilly's had offered to do the installation for free if I purchased the battery from them. The service was also plagued by unnecessary delays and oversight. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for two unexpected Uber rides because the shop kept my vehicle overnight, claiming the mechanic lacked the "proprietary tool" required to remove the battery. In reality, the job only requires a standard 10mm socket for the terminals and a 13mm socket with an extension for the hold-down bolt. To make matters worse, despite paying for a tire rotation, the shop completely missed that two of the rotated tires were left low on pressure. I chose to support a neighborhood business, but this experience was a lesson well learned.

Dropped my car off here two weeks after the diagnosis to get serviced for the engine valve cover…read morereplacement ...red was having to pay upfront before he started the repairs so he could order the part. This is the first body shop that I've ever known where you have to pay for the service upfront before the service is even started and completed. Received my car back within two days after dropping it off. I immediately noticed on the drive home that my car still smelled like burnt oil, which is what happens when you need an engine valve replacement cover. The screaming piping noise was gone. But leaking oil was still there. I also noticed my front left rim was scuffed. After driving it home and parking in my garage my car started to leak an oily substance coming directly from the engine valve. I called Mr. Keith and told him that I am smelling the same burnt oil smell coming from my car prior to the repairs. He told me to bring it up there and he will take a look at it. Not sure what he did but after the first initial visit there, I was back up there a week later. Mr Keith claimed that it was from the old oil that had leaked on other parts of my car stemming from the original issue so Mr. Keith tried to clean up the oil as much as he could drove my car back home same thing I could still smell the oil burning from my car oil was still leaking and there was smoke coming from my car called Mr. Keith. He told me to drive it for a week then bring it back if the problem persist... brought my car back a third time only this time he told me he wanted to keep it overnight. When I receive my car back, he told me to drive it for another week and if the problem persist to bring it back again . I did notice that there was a pleasant smell coming from my car however, once I parked in my garage, I noticed the burnt oil smell again mixed in with the cleaning products that he had used to clean the oil off my car and smoke coming from the engine. The last time I took my car to be serviced. I had to rent a car. I told myself I am not taking my vehicle up there for a fourth time only for the same problem to return. I would just take it to BMW and get it looked at there because I am sick and tired of going back-and-forth to this body shop and nothing is getting done. So today two weeks after my last service with this body shop, I take my car to get serviced at BMW. They do their diagnostic and they find that the valve cover gasket was improperly installed causing it to re leak. Valve cover assembly was now needed again, which is why there is oil spilling over from the existing repair. Pretty much in a nutshell. BMW told me that Mr. Keith did a half ass job on my repair. One trip to car scientist is all it should have taken. It should not have taken an almost 4th time for you to right your wrong Mr. Keith and you are dead wrong. I asked you for some sort of compensation and you couldn't even give me at least half of the money I paid you to fix my vehicle since you did a half ass job on my car! Shame on you! I would never recommend bringing my vehicle here. I will just pay the extra eight hundred a thousand dollars to get my car fixed whatever it takes at least I know it will get done right at BMW. This whole ordeal has caused me to have to pay for the same issue twice because the issue in the beginning was never correctly fixed. I have attached pictures to my review to show proof that this is just not a made up review. This actually happened to me and I hope and pray that it does not become your nightmare. Do yourself a favor if you have a BMW that requires any service under the hood, do not bring it here!!

I had spoken with Eric at YHS back in June to get an opinion on windshield molding and found him to be kind and very knowledgeable, with 30 years experience with BMW vehicles. Took the car to him on Thursday and by Friday morning we were told the water pump was fine, it was a water pump hose that went as far back as the engine block~ $850.00!
