I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Communication was poor, concerns were ignored, and there was little to no urgency in resolving the issue. As a customer, I expected professionalism, accountability, and basic respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. It is frustrating when you spend your time and money and only to feel overlooked and unimportant. Better communication and customer care would make a huge difference. I truly hope improvements are made so future customers are treated with the respect and attention they deserve. read more

My nail tech was great. But they lost me at the register. When I walked up to pay, the tech put in $85 (which was already overpriced for a fill-in and maybe two full designs) and then her boss said someone to her, and he then upped the price to $95. So I asked why the price increased and he made up something, saying "we charge $40 extra for design". Forty dollars, Is extreme on top of a $55 fill-in and should have been noted. Plus they charged $15 for gel. Considering I got a pedicure as well, the additional costs were unnecessary. I won't be returning. read more

New to the area it was time for me to find someone locally to complete my bi-weekly routine. Upon entering Vibe Nail Bar I was immediately greeted with a smile. The holiday music was playing. There are not televisions hanging everywhere. Designed for you to relax and have light conversations if you'd choose to do so. Upon being seated I was offered a complimentary refreshment. I had been wearing steel toed shoes and they had torn my feet up. My nail technicians name was Lina. Not only was she amazing she was incredibly patient. Allowing my feet to soak and taking her time with each toe as she could tell my feet had been through some things. They offer a variety of pedicures. I came on a Sunday around 2pm. This may have been their peak time because I had to wait about 30 minutes for my service. The staff was very welcoming and offered me refreshments. It was time for my monthly pedicure and I found a place checking all my boxes. The location was about 3.5/5 as it's in a small complex with a weird/congested parking lot. The nail salon is beautiful 5/5 with comfortable chairs. I would also give the service 5/5. I was seated as soon as I walked in and even though they were a little busy I waited less than 2 minutes before my service started. He was patient, kind and very informative. The prices are very good. I will return next month. read more

The manager it's extremely friendly and she keeps things moving smoothly. She doesn't rest until she is assured you are fully satisfied. In my initial review, I discussed how I was not pleased with my nails during my visit today and the owner tried to argue with me about what shape I had. I let him know that he was filing them into the wrong shape. My nails were supposed to be tapered square NOT COFFIN. The original set was put on at this very salon on October 3 and they were tapered square. So when I went in for a fill in before he even started, I said they were tapered square but yet he began shaping them in coffin style anyways. You can see his reply below to my initial review. He acknowledges that I have been patronizing this business since they opened. I've come multiple times, I bring people with me, I always tip, and I've never made a complaint before now because I've never had an issue before today. Dong, my nail tech, was extremely rude! I literally did nothing, but sit down and ask for a gel polish change, from that moment he had an attitude. I don't understand why he had so much aggression! The service was absolutely terrible. They're trying to compete with nail salons on the north side of town and they're failing at this tremendously. Vibe nails please!!!! Vibes nails is ok. It just depends on who you go to. Jason is pretty good for a natural looking SNS. I wasn't satisfied with my pedicure that was done by another gentleman. They are extremely expensive for the Southside of town. Overall; I would go back just for Jason to do my nails. read more
