This visit was on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. a very busy time. Parking was fine I parked in the parking lot. There are parking spots near the door if available. The owner of the shop greeted me and I told him my service needed and requested Ben and signed in. My overall experience was decent I waited for 10 minutes then Nina started me with removing the old SNS. As she worked on me Ben was finishing up. Once he completed, I was moved to the pedicure chair for soaking. Ben and Nina both worked on my nails and feet until complete. Ben does an exceptional job. I had a soreness on the side of my big toe and he removed all the skin and nail. It may have been an ingrown nail my sister said but BABY if I could tell you how much relief I got. He is professional and gentle with my feet. He is not scared to remove all skin my any means necessary lol. He takes pride in scaling off the skin :-). I gave them 4 stars for my eyebrows LOL I hate them I'm sorry; 2nd time trying them. Thumbs down I don't have a lot of hair and my top lining of my eyebrows are not straight lol.
