Kind, funny, friendly - everything you could want in an orthodontics office. Ok so first of all, the information on YELP says this location is closed on Friday. This is clearly…read morenot accurate as there are patients currently being assisted in this location. I suggest someone double check this so the correct hours are available. This morning I was scheduled for a deep clean, descaling. Not the most exciting, but if you know me I was bright eyed and bushy tailed during the whole experience. The wait was a little long. Appointment was at 9, taken in about 9:07, and hygienist (Tina) started procedure at about 9:25. The whole procedure only took about 30 minutes. This was very surprising to me. I have (not proudly) had this procedure a couple other times and both times it was almost 90 minutes. Maybe my teeth had more issues? I don't know..anyway the right of my face is totally numb but my tongue is not, so props to Tina for that. I do have to say however that the audible sighing while the work was being done was noticeable. I know my teeth need work, it kind of non-verbally expresses this. Also calling a tooth #31? Definitely necessary if passing info to a Dentist, but working in the medical field myself using work jargon with patients is usually not best practice. Anyway much quicker than expected and overall very positive experience.

My dentist referred me to Dr Phillips for a second-opinion consultation on braces and I was treated with respect and provided a lot of information on my options. I liked that Dr Phillips checked out my mouth and provided his advice BEFORE I told him about my first Orthodontist's recommendation. An unbiased opinion is a good thing! I never felt like I was being up-sold and the staff treated me well. Dr Phillips also followed-up with a letter providing me with a cost estimate and advice. I really liked that. Dr. Edward Pham knew exactly how to get Leo to be at ease and make a dental visit fun and exciting. Going to the dentist can be scary for the first time, but Leo really loved it. Dr. Hai Pham is an incredible doctor as well. He cares so deeply about his friends, family, patients, and employees. This family goes above and beyond and we're lucky to have little Leo going to their clinic. Front desk staff was kind and timely. The lobby is sweet and engaging and had The Good Dinosaur playing (which is such a sweet movie). Their display of how much sugar goes into common snacks and drinks was good to see and shocking to see how much sugar many of us give to our kids without knowing it. They're good at planning out the next appointments too. Everyone's busy and booked up in the health world, so it's nice they stay on top of reoccurring appointments.
