This office really REALLY cares about the patients. I mean they KNOW us. They notice when we have a new look, cute outfit or shoes, ask the kids about school. It's got a super FUN vibe. They REALLY care. Dr. Park REALLY cares. She is so fun and so kind and she cares that the patient gets the result they want. I love having beautiful straight teeth. And not only that but because my teeth had ALWAYS been so crowded, I hated flossing because it hurt. I could ONLY use extra thin waxed floss. Now I floss everyday. And man I realize how nasty my teeth are if I don't lol Myself and my kids have had treatment here. ONLY my son, who refused to wear his retainer, hasn't maintained that perfect smile. But that's NOT on Dr. Park. I love their office. Every member of the staff is fabulous and they all genuinely care and are always friendly and care. Both my wife and I really like our hygienist.  Although forced by the pandemic to revert to manual tools (vs. the more modern power-washing method), her technique is as close to perfect as is humanly possible.  Never any bleeding or accidental pokes, which have happened many times with other hygienists.  And although today was my first filling from the dentist, it was my 4th or 5th cleaning (we became new patients last year), so that assessment has a solid data base behind it. And my wife has had one of their crowns that they make while-U-wait, right there in the office (total time about 2 hrs) and it actually fit better than either of her other two, both of which required her to return after a few days to have the temporary crown removed, which can be painful.  Fantastic! I called and made my appointment. At the initial call, I have provided all my insurance information. The first available date was out more than two months. In the mean time. I filled out a lengthy questionnaire online that included dental and health conditions, but was quite extensive. Than, the day before the appointment, they called me to inform me that they are not in network. Since I did provide my insurance information on the initial phone call when the appointment was made, they had ample time to figure out if they in fact were not in network, yet they claim that because they just got my filled out form, they did not know sooner that they were not in network.The bottom line is that I lost more than two months of time and I really needed to see a dentist, and they showed zero interest in taking any responsibility for waiting until the last minute to inform me of this key fact. While the dental services might be good, but treating potential clients with such low level of care provides a picture that is less than desirable for wanting to be a client or a patient to such an outfit.

Kind, funny, friendly - everything you could want in an orthodontics office. They were very understanding and attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to Dr. Darcy, who was genuinely interested in me as a person, beyond my orthodontic needs :) I wish I'd lived in this area when I had braces as a kid - getting them at Cruikshanks would've been a much more pleasant experience! I went to see Dr. Brekke to get a second opinion after my dentist, who had pushed me hard to get…read moreInvisalign braces on my teeth (because my teeth were not set wide enough for my tongue and not having this done could cause sleep apnea and shorten my life), told me that he wasn't sure he knew how to finish the job (this, after four years of trying). My dentist was in the process of trying to convince me to let him put some kind of cement coating on my teeth to make my molars connect because he couldn't figure out how to make them connect otherwise. (They connected just fine before I got braces.) I found Dr. Brekke to be friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable, but that's not what impressed me most. The staff took various x-rays and imagings, so Dr. Brekke would have the full picture before I even spoke with him and that whole process took a fair bit of time. When I did speak to Dr. Brekke (the same appointment), he told me that he knew what needed to be done to complete the job of fixing my teeth and offered to call my dentist and walk him through what needed to be done. After explaining all of this to me, he refused to take any money from me at all! He said he could easily finish the job, but since a good bit of the work was already done, he would rather not charge me for starting over - said it didn't seem fair. At a time when almost anyone else is ready and willing to take as much money as they can scam from you, it's so uplifting to find a kind and honest businessman! They do exist in real life! I was so happy and relieved, I almost cried! I totally expected that I would have to start over again with the $5k that everyone charges for braces, but this time without the benefit of insurance (because you only get that insurance benefit once and I'd already used it with my dentist). I would have absolutely no hesitation in giving my business to Dr. Brekke and/or highly recommending him! BTW, my dentist has now implemented the processes suggested by Dr. Brekke and they seem to be working because I am actually making progress after the previous 6-8 months of no progress at all under my dentist's care. Dr. Brekke knows his stuff! I only wish I'd gone to Dr. Brekke from the beginning, but I've been with my dentist's office for 30 years, so it didn't occur to me to find an orthodontist - I just assumed my dentist knew what he was talking about. My bad.

The front desk, the techs, and the dentists we encounter are always very friendly and patient and make sure we have a good experience. This is from the engaging waiting room filled with toys and interactive games, to the intentional ways the staff makes sure my child is not scared and comfortable during every visit. We look forward to the rubber ducks and now the token for the toy machine and walking through the little door!

At every other dentist I have been to for myself and children, an out-of-pocket estimate is handed to us up front. This office does not do that. Additionally, they took 6-8 months to finally send a bill, after I had already switched dentists. To top it off, they only send a cryptic text message as the "statement". I ignored it for a few weeks because it looks like a scam. You don't receive a paper or even an emailed statement.

I also know she isn't supposed to be withholding my records as I'm still a patient at evergreen even though I only saw Dr.Youngblood my records don't move with him to his new location. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, always going the extra mile for us. When my wife had a challenging diagnosis, he bent over backwards to make sure she was taken care of in every way possible. We can't thank him enough for all he has done for us. The hospitality from the initial phone call with the lovely staff at the front desk ( Mary and Shelley) to meeting the dental assistants and Dr Call. They not only make recommendations without making you feel pressured but most importantly they listen. My kids were comfortable and are looking forward to the next visit. Every time I come they have new employees which looking back is a huge red flag into how their business is ran. My last experience there was awful. Mackenzie the helper was rude to me. Dr. Call spent more time talking on his ear piece and giving me a blank look, then actually working on my mouth. They always find something else wrong to cost more and more money. I had had enough and wish I had realized sooner that Dr. Call is simply a salesman in a doctor coat. My new dentist office did x-rays for free and walked me through them. I was not happy to see how many recent crowns I had gotten from Century Dental that were not on their correctly and had areas for cavities to form. Save yourself some money and go find a dentist office that is there for the patients and their care. There are a lot of good honest dentist offices out there. This isn't one of them.
