I had a really disappointing experience at Vibez Hookah Lounge. The biggest issue was the service at the front. The receptionist Ray was extremely unprofessional and had a rude attitude from the moment we walked in. Instead of welcoming customers, it felt like we were bothering her just by asking simple questions. We waited a long time to be seated even though the place wasn't that busy. Ray seemed uninterested in helping and barely acknowledged us. When you're paying to relax and enjoy a hookah lounge, the last thing you want is poor customer service at the door. The atmosphere could be nice, but the bad service completely ruined the experience for us. Management should really train their staff better, because the first impression matters a lot. Unfortunately, after this experience I don't think I'll be coming back. Especially since I received this type of treatment on my birthday. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I went to Vibez on a Friday night with a few of my coworkers and we were looking for a chill place to smoke some hookah. 1) We ordered two flavors, one of which came highly recommended by front desk person. That flavor was blah. It took forever to get someone fix the hookah since they burned so much coal. 2) It really turned me off that they have a maximum of 2 people per hookah. We had 2 friends who don't smoke but wanted to hang around. In order for them to say with us they had to pay an additional $$. We told the owner about this and he wouldn't budge. Keep in mind that the place was empty. 3) They don't serve alcohol. They do have ok music though. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Used to come here a couple months ago but now it seems like it's under new management. The hookah tastes like it hasn't been washed in a decade, you literally taste the underlying flavor that was pre used into it. Extremely uncomfortable seating, that type of seating makes you wanna leave the second you sit down. This place is a joke come on now if you know hookah you don't smoke there. This is a really nice lounge to go to if you would like to smoke hookah and hang out with friends. The ambience is really nice, we went on Friday last week with my husband and sister we ordered two hookahs and it came with an ice hose to keep the hookah cool when you smoke. Robert and Parth know how to make good hookahs and come around with coals when you need it without you asking them. The owner Jason is very friendly and has put a lot of hard work into the place to make it relaxing. Come here from time to time. It's a very chill place to come and relax. I came here w/ my girlfriend & her bf & the owner accused her bf of throwing up in the bathroom. The owner & the worker said they knew everybody that was currently there, (approximately 10-12 people) & said it couldn't have been nobody else but her bf. They were very aggressive in approaching the situation & did not calm down til my girlfriend made the decision to help clean it up by herself. I was very upset that it had to come to that result. Regardless of the situation, whether if her bf threw up or not,(which he did not) they should have not made/allowed a female to clean throw up in the male restroom. I spoke to the last 2 people who used the restroom & said they had already seen the throw up in the bathroom. They should not be accusing customers of allegedly throwing up in the restroom. They should suck it up because it is there business (not a house party) that is open to the public & clean it themselves. I felt they approached us very aggressively because we are younger adults & there were mostly grown/middle-aged men that were there & we were somewhat of an easy target I guess. read more
