I've picked up Vibrant Sunshine kombucha around the city but had no idea of there location in Aspinwall until recently! It's a super cute spot with garage doors that open in the summer. They have a variety of coffee, matcha, smoothie, and food options - all focused on natural and mostly plant-based ingredients. I love the vegan breakfast burrito and grilled sandwich options, they are so delicious! Note: Parking is limited, so you may need to go on the street. Also, food orders sometimes take a bit to come out so be mindful if you're in a rush! read more

I want to like this place because they offer vegan options and some cool mushroom coffee drinks, but I am being kind of generous giving them three stars. I had the tofu bacon sandwich with a cappuccino. I didn't really think that the sandwich was too good. It was very salty. Their menu said that there was an avocado mayo in the sandwich. I was kind of expecting that it would be some kind of avocado spread, but it just made the tofu bacon kind of slimy. The coffee was honestly not that great, kind of a downer. I thought that one of the people working there was nice, but the other person kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The place looks very nice. It is well maintained and looks bright and colorful as the name should suggest. They have a health food vibe. I might try them again, but not so sure. Very open-air, laid back spot, with all the artisanal health food, from an array of juice blends to power bites to smoothie bowls, it's a little pricier, but a fun health treat! The berry smoothie bowl was really good, and you can tell they make it very fresh, worth waiting a little extra for. All the food and drinks look great here, and would definitely recommend coming on a nice sunny day to chat, do work, or just stay in the relaxed vibe. This would probably be an excellent restaurant for vegans, and people accustomed to special diets like gluten free or dairy free. For us, the food missed the mark and didn't have the flavors we are used to consuming. The prices on some of the items are also much higher than we usually pay in this area. It's a lovely place, though. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there are many food and beverage options, as well as places to eat if you get your meal to stay. So, I don't think I will be returning, but I will point my vegan friends here. read more

Vibrant Café in Aspinwall is such a charming spot. They have easy parking with a few spots in their lot. There were Adirondack chairs set up out front. We were greeted by a welcoming vibe inside, with fresh flower bouquets on the wall and small goods (like greeting cards) for sale. I had a refreshing iced matcha latte with their seasonal Berry Bloom syrup (strawberry + blueberry)! My husband enjoyed his cortado and egg burrito.
