This was a good sub but not a great sub. The flavors were yummy on both the hot Italian and the chipotle chicken crunch. Bonus for signing up on the app and getting a free 8 inch! As for the Italian, it seemed a bit skimpy on the meat serving. And there were caramelized onions on half of the sandwhich that we didn't order? So that was odd but it tasted good! I especially liked the oregano and the oil/dressing! The chipotle chicken was a cheesesteak style sandwich with chicken, could've used some more flavor and was a bit dry. Not a bad experience but not one I'd go out of the way for based off this experience alone. The employees seemed nice but a bit frazzled- there was only handful of people in the store if that, but seemed as though they had some larger and multiple online orders. When I went up there years ago, with a family member. I ordered two subs up there to try them out since they were a new sub shop around. It was nice looking inside, and got our food but we got charged a "convenience fee" an "surgecharge." Never had convenience fee from Subway, De Bella's, Jersey Mike's, or Firehouse Subs. Yet we got charged for those bogus fees despite how expensive their subs were. read more

The boy at the register was helpful in every way from giving us a paper menu to look more closely to figuring out a way to give my grandfather a senior discount when I'm not sure it was even available. The food was really good and made fresh I got the regular hot Italian I'm sure the mini would have been fine because I only finished half and a chocolate chip cookie that was so soft and delicious I would go back just for them. Great experience at Capriottis. This location is very clean and well-maintained. Adequate parking in the lot which is shared with other shops in the strip. I tried the Wagyu French Dip Sandwich which comes with a small cup of beef dipping sauce/gravy and was amazing. While not cheap, it is on par with other Sandwich shops of this quality. Stopped in with the family recently as we had yet to try this sandwich shop before and its a relatively new entrant to the Cranberry Township food scene. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating, but this probably isn't a place for large groups. The soda fountain is sort of tucked away in an inconvenient area close to patrons so that isn't great, but not a huge deal. Service was friendly, and on the worker's recommendation I got the Capistrami sandwich. Overall I was very pleased as the sandwich was a good size and since I was eating with my toddler-age son, they have a deal where if you get a combo meal you can get a free grilled cheese for children! That was a nice little perk I haven't seen elsewhere and wasn't aware of until we came in. The only thing better than a Hot Bobbie for lunch is a Hot Joe for breakfast. Ok, Taco's are better too... and Connecticut Lobster Rolls... and Pringles... and Reeese's Peanut Butter Eggs... and Movie Theater Butter... and Thanksgiving Stuffing... and Zebra Cakes (why are they so good?). But seriously, give this sub shop a try. Hoagies and Grinders for all (no Sloppy Joe's though)! Speaking of Thanksgiving, you can have it all year round, here. The Hot Bobbie is hand-pulled slow-roasted Turkey topped with stuffing and cranberry sauce (There's also a cold bobbie if you don't want it hot). We have yet to meet a sandwich there we didn't love. Wow! My husband is in love with the Bobbie. What's not to love about Thanksgiving on a bun? It is amazing. He is Italian from NJ so he knows good meatballs. His mom makes the best meatballs. He tried theirs and we loved them. Sooooo good. The red sauce is so tasty and so are the meatballs. Super tender and melt in your mouth. Mmmm I'm in love with the Wagyu Cheese Steak. The quality of the meat is out of this world. It's so tender and delicious. We got there every few weeks. Yep, another 5 star rating. Great customer service and food quality. I came in about 40 minutes before closing and apologized for the last minute choice and they were very appreciative and said it was no problem. The steak sandwich was a good portion with a lot of flavor. I got the combo with soda and fries and it was a perfect portion. The shop also offers a military & First responder discount which is awesome. The other cool thing is the lollipop stand for the kids and the adult kids as well. This is a great place to visit and the folks inside a fantastic I returned two days later and had the same great service. This time is was a different group serving me and it was the same awesome service. And this time I came in about 15 minutes before closing and they didn't have any problems. This was our first time to this new sub shop. We love subs, so... I had their signature "Capastrami" sub. My lovely had the turkey sub and chopped salad. Both of the subs were delicious. The salad was average. The staff were very friendly. You can tell they're still getting used to things. So, at this stage, be patient. I gave 4 stars because the sandwiches were kind of small and the salad wasn't anything special. While the bread and stuffings were tasty, there just didn't seem to enough stuffings in the sizes we ordered. I'm not sure what the right mix is, but comparable premium sub shops seem to hover around 50/50. We'll order from here again, but likely in person versus over the app. The app is good, but at this stage it may not be communicating at 100%. Again, good food. And, we recommend. read more
