I scheduled my entire week around this appointment that I booked weeks ago all for nothing!!!! Those of us with jobs who can't make 10 AM appts or accept calls while at work need to look elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke and complete waste of time and they give zero fks about you, your time, and your injuries. I've had to do several rounds of physical therapy and never was it so incredibly difficult to get scheduled. I moved out here a few years ago and have a work-related injury and the doctor found this place as it was close to my home. I always went to Vibrant Care before and had great providers with flexible scheduling and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. At this place you are just a number and oh well if you don't know all their secret internal policies that make you confirm the appointment you already confirmed LOL!!!! I've never been good at working out before and had no idea where to start. I did 1:1 personal training in the beginning. The first two weeks a very hard while your body adjust to the warm ups, but after that the gains are great! I went from barely being able to squat my own body weight to over 200 lbs!! Kyle and everyone else in the gym is so supportive. Everyone really cheers you on. Gyms use to intimidate me, but not CVPR. The culture and community is amazing! And there's people here of all ages! Kids to elders. Kyle is an awesome trainer. He really makes sure you're using proper form and his programs are written in a way that really helps you achieve your goals. He also does great rehab work. I was having really bad knee tendinitis and he fix that right up. He is very flexible in scheduling as well. If you're thinking about wanting to join a more private gym or wanting a trainer, do it! Best decision you'll ever make

My 9 year old was escorted to each station and then after she was told what to do the therapist walked away. She never had anyone correct her or encourage her that she was doing it right. I actually had to step in with my limited PT knowledge to coach her through the motions. Then when I tried to book her future appointments the availability was non existent. She was only able to get one appointment every two weeks. With physical therapy constancy is key and we weren't getting that. We are back today and I am pleasantly surprised at the experience. Bre seems to genuinely care about the progress and has stayed with my 9 year old correcting and encouraging the whole time. I hope future appointments are more like this.

Sure enough he called me back before 9am and told me to have him there at 9:15 my son was about 30 mins away and due to his back hurting he was struggling loading his kids in the car. I called Dr. Nelson back explaining that he was running behind due to the pain and getting the kids in the car. The doctor was very understanding and said he would see him when he was able to get there. My son said he was great and he explained what the problem was and really helped him out. I was sent to this facility prior to having g surgery as well as after my surgery. The surgery I had was QUITE extensive! Was in A LOT of pain from it and my range of motion after surgery was next to nothing. The staff at California Rehab in Ripon have done a fantastic job getting my range of motion back. The main PT supervisor; Mark, he's great at evaluating and coming up with a plan of action/exercises for me to do at the facility as well as ways for me to do the same at home, on my own w/o the equipment that's available there. He also has an awesome personality. Very approachable, easy to communicate with and always willing to answer any questions their clients have. Pam, the therapist who worked with me 2X/wk is FANTASTIC! Also very approachable, very well spoken, explained what to do, how to and how not to do my exercises, very patient, kind and personable young lady who knows her stuff and does it well. Their assistant is Howard, can't forget Howard! He helps out with all the patients. He kept me on my toes listening to music as we did our routines, encouraging me to get that last stretch/pull/lift in while quizzing me on song names and who the artist of each song was that came on. He kept it professional and entertaining. Helped make the time go by faster. Then there is the front office manager, Barbara. Barbara is the Glue that keeps this facility going! She's the first person who patients will encounter when they enter the facility. I can guarantee you she will greet you with a smile and kind words. She is one of the kindest individuals that you could ever want to meet. Very welcoming, makes each patient feel "at home" when they enter their place of business. For a small facility, it's packed with professionalism and great personalities. My time there has come to an end and I am extremely grateful to everyone for all they have done for me. Considering how well they worked with me and got me from EXTREMELY DEPENDENT, to gaining back my independence, and also my observation of how well the staff treats other clients, I HIGHLY recommend California Rehab in Ripon, Ca. I spoke with the receptionist, Barbra and she was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. There are several forms that need to be completed before your first appointment with the physical therapist. I looked at their website and found that all required forms are available to print. I printed everything out and completed it at home. This saved me from having to arrive 30 minutes before my first scheduled appointment. The waiting area is small with about 5 chairs. If you arrive on time, you won't be waiting long. Again, Barbra was a pleasure to deal with. She also assisted me with scheduling all of my appointments for the month. Mark was my physical therapist for my first day. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Mark does a good job of explaining all the exercises and the desired outcomes. I have also had the pleasure of having Pamela as my physical therapist and she is awesome. It is apparent that these people want to help you get better. The physical therapy room is not very big, but it is packed full of everything needed for rehabilitation. They have everything from a Pilates machine, stationary bicycle, 4 therapy beds and a multitude of other therapy equipment. This is a great physical therapy facility and I am very confident my shoulder will get rehabilitated here.
