You had us at wagyu... husband ordered the Lonestar hot dog which was reminiscent of a Chicago dog because of the atomic green pickled stuff, but this had a kick. I had the Lonestar street dog because it reminded me of the street vendors who would sell hot dogs outside of clubs in Los Angeles. They really get you with the smell of grilled onions. When I took a bite out of my hot dog, I was so surprised. It was so tender. It didn't have the snap you would usually experience with regular hot dogs. It had such a nice meaty flavor. I really didn't know what to expect with a wagyu beef hot dog, but it's delicious. Definitely worth checking this place out. I'll come back again for sure.
