Highly recommend Vice's Collision! My infiniti was involved in a collision where the other driver was fully at fault and they took care of my vehicle within a matter of 2.5 weeks. They replaced the front passenger side of my vehicle which the same quality carbon parts and matched everything perfectly to how it was before. Additionally, they were extremely communicative and have a web page that you can track the progress of your vehicles repair, quoted amount etc. God willing I don't have another incident where I require collision repair but if I do, this will be the place I come to without hesitation! Vice Collision Repair did a front bumper repair on my 2010 Porsche Boxster S. I thought it was just a scratch caused by a deep pothole in a tight parking space, and impressed me with the detailed and conscientious repair process. Their personnel is friendly, accommodating, and clearly highly skilled. I am about to use their services again, having been rear-ended a few weeks ago. Took my car here a few years ago after a comprehensive accident, worked with insurance. It was all cosmetic damage. They didn't buff out or fix several spots of damage around my car. Never said anything because it wasn't worth the fight but they broke the bumper clip when they replaced the bumper, so I took it back to have them fix at least that. The guy was nice and he glued it for me. Lo and behold the glue has worn off and my bumper is poking out again. They won't fix it, and blame it on damage around my car (damage that is partially from the initial accident which they did not fix.) Shoddy work for sure. Lesson learned, inspect every in and out of your car when you pick it up (and say something to them right then and there!) if you have to use this place. read more

I chose this shop because it was approved through my insurance to replace all four rims and tires after they were stolen. They had to source the tires from a tire shop, and that's where the problems started. Shortly after picking up my vehicle, the tire pressure light stayed on constantly. I had to fill up the tires every time I left the house. I brought the car back assuming there was a defect or a leak. The man at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. His "helpful advice" was, "word of advice, you shouldn't drive on a tire that low." Obviously -- that's why I brought it back in the first place. He spent 30 minutes unsuccessfully trying to inflate the tire, then insisted there was no leak and sent me to Les Schwab instead. Lo and behold, there was a nail in the tire the whole time. So, thanks, Vices! Really stellar work. Next time I'll go anywhere else -- and I strongly recommend you do the same if you want to avoid stress and wasted time. read more

My vehicle needed the rear bumper replaced and painted. They told me they needed my vehicle to color match the paint in order to perform the repair. I was hesitant about leaving my new vehicle at their shop but they insisted they needed it to "color match" the bumper so I reluctantly dropped it off. They did the repair work in one week and when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed it seemed very dusty. It turns out that while my 2021 Mustang Mach-E, which I waited a year for, had over sprayed paint on the hood, roof, windshield and passenger windows. They denied that the over-spray was their fault and said it must have been on the vehicle before I dropped it off. I spent an hour scraping off the over-spray off my windows and will now be paying $300 to have my new car clay barred and detailed to hopefully remove the overspray off of the paint. read more

I recently used Vices to fix a rock chip on my quarter panel and hood. I have used them two times prior and was very satisfied with their quality of work. Sad to say I was very disappointed this last time around. Repairs took about 9 days. I received a phone call at 4:50 pm stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. I rush down there only to find numerous imperfections around the repair area on the quarter panel. Very frustrated I refuse to take my vehicle and they agree it needs to go back into repair. I understand things happen but where's the quality control? There is absolutely no way my vehicle was inspected throughly. I noticed the imperfections immediately! Thankfully they had my car ready the following day. But as I was leaving I noticed debris from the repairs in my backseat. Appeared to be some type of plastic pieces maybe weatherstripping. I have very light leather interior and the entire inside of my vehicle was full of dust. While I would not expect them to detail my car I do expect to get my car back in the same condition as when I dropped it off. When I'm paying for a service my expectation is that you clean up after yourself. Customer service had gone to shit and it's a very sad thing to see! Geico and Enterprise have been great each time but I will never use Vices again read more

This is my second time using this company. My daughter was at a red light and someone ran into the back of my car. I have Geico insurance and this is one of the companies they use. Because I have used them before...I chose them. From arrival their customer service is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. The bring you out and mark the car for the damage with you. They are very clear what they will do and give you a timeline when the work will be finished. They finished my car 10 days early. They keep you updated via text message so you always know what is going on. Enterprise has a relationship with them. They brought the car to me at the shop. I hated that I had to know them under these circumstances.. But if I needed another collision center...i would for sure use them. I found that a speaker in the car is very muffled after picking up my car...they said bring it on right away. If you were in a collision and want great work..friendly service and not have to wonder where they are in the process of completing your car...this place is awesome. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work... I always pray and commit everything to the Lord first...i always ask Him to make sure everything works out perfectly... read more

Brought my car in for insurance covered collision repair. The day before the scheduled completion date, received a text moving the date out 2 weeks. I called to ask about the delay, was told both Steve and Lisa were busy with a customer, and left a message requesting a call back. No response. Next day, another message. No response. Next day, left a message on Lisa's voicemail. Again, no response from either Lisa or Steve. The daily texts on scheduled completion dates stopped. The day before the second completion date, received a text moving the repair out another 5 days. The morning of the third completion date received a text message moving the date another day. Next day, another text, another day. Finally pick up the car yesterday. Repairs looked okay. There was a small existing scratch right next to the repaired section that they would have had to tape off to avoid touching up as part of the collision repair. I would not recommend or would I ever use Vise's Collision repair again. read more

Let's face it, there are few things more annoying than having your car smashed into. My insurance company recommended Vice's Collision and guaranteed their work and I saw the good reviews on Yelp, so on the tow truck it went. My vehicle was assigned to Angel, who did an excellent job at providing timely, informative updates through the process to both myself and the insurance company. Because of the electronics that were crushed in the rear end, the vehicle also had to go to the dealership for certain parts to be installed - and we all know how quickly a dealership moves, right? The first time I got my car back (after about a month) within a few days of driving it one of the sensors started tripping out and an error message appeared. One quick phone call to Angel and she was on it- coordinating a new rental car for me and getting my vehicle fast-tracked through the dealership. Within two weeks of the return of my vehicle, however, the dealership's sensor replacement apparently wasn't enough and the same error message returned. Yep, a third rental car was needed and a larger scale replacement of electronics necessary :( If you've hung in this long on this review you're probably wondering why roughly two months of back and forth on getting my vehicle fixed warrants a four star review. It's simple: Angel. Her friendly, courteous service and reassurance kept me calm when I might otherwise have gone nuclear. She updated me religiously via email (my preference) and went out of her way to have the rental cars brought to me and returned for me to save me time. Plus, I realize that Vice's can't be blamed for the dealership's ineffectiveness to get it done right the first time. I'd recommend them. read more

I had my car repaired through my Geico insurance, and it turned out beautifully. There was a delay for repairs because of the difficulty in getting parts, but nowadays that is not surprising at all. Typical not at fault collision and I needed my bumper redone, I had an idea from Cooks collision and wanted to compare. I was swinging by on my way home from work, called to make sure they would be available to give a rough estimate. Heres the bait. Very nice, however, very vague didn't ask any specifics just was told to come on in. I had set an appointment at cooks earlier and was given a bit more information about the process, knew what to expect going in... a red flag came up but I figured the process wouldn't be much different from the other company. I starter their paperwork and when I got to the insurance question, I didn't know if they needed it as I again, just wanted an idea of costs to negotiate with the insurance company. After I explained this the tone changed - "OH! you're ahead of the game! You just need to have it brought in, whatever further damage or additional costs they may not have included in their estimate we bill to them etc etc. It would WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME to do what you're asking". Did you catch the switch? I get it, the hardest part of business is to get them through the door - but it is completely distasteful to tell a prospective client that their request would WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME. I gather I was in jeans and a shirt, however you should seriously reconsider how your receptionists convey your business as they are the face of it. This is my 2nd time here. I had my last car worked on here and not 5 years later the paint started just peeling off in huge chunks. They initially sent me home with my car after a week of repairs and as I signed off on it they told me there was some weather stripping they needed to add... later... when it was in... and they would call... sold the car and still haven't received that phone call about weather stripping. Advice - don't tell them anything just get an estimate if that's what you want. Say it's for out of pocket estimate if you must. Actually, don't even come here. My first experience should have set the tone, but surely after all these years things would have changed? Not. You can put a nice coat of paint on a beater, in the end, it's still a beater that will disappoint you and end up costing you time/money that it just isn't worth. read more

Nothing but grief after coming here. Took our car here for an estimate and before we were even contacted about what they found or the total for repairs (which turned out being nearly $15,000), they jumped the gun and ordered parts, so when we said we were considering taking the insurance money to get it fixed ourselves elsewhere, the person handling our claim was extremely pushy and kept saying "well we already ordered the parts", so we ultimately just gave up on that idea because of how much of a hassle it had become. Nearly 4 weeks after towing our car there for minor front and rear end collision damage, it was finally ready. The week following getting our car back we noticed the AC was acting up and just blowing air, so I contacted them within the week to notify them I wanted to bring it in to see what was the issue as it did not do this before the accident. After bringing our car back FOUR TIMES for the same problem they did absolutely nothing other than recharge the AC and explain to us how to use our air conditioning control features. The fourth time however they tell us the only thing it could be is the part that they replaced for the AC, and so they ordered the original factory part (no idea why they would use different parts in the first place), replaced it and told us the AC still wasn't working and gave us a theory about why as they sent us on our way because they are "not a mechanical shop and don't do that kind of work here" yet they are putting parts into my car and blowing smoke every time I brought it in expecting to find out what was wrong with my AC. We ended up taking it to our trusted mechanic shop for a diagnostic and they tell us that the repair shop messed up putting in the twice replaced piece and that we should take it back to them so they would properly install it covered by the insurance. I call Vice's to explain what the mechanic found and was told that their work was perfect and that I should have went to the mechanic shop HE recommended that Vice's often works with, rather than the shop my family trusts and has been going to for years. Now we will be contacting our insurance company to fix Vice's mistakes literally anywhere else. MIKE was the most aggravating person to talk to and was extremely rude in person and on the phone, not to mention I was treated as a nuisance almost every time I was in contact with him which unfortunately was every single time. I will never go back and highly recommend going elsewhere if you want your car to be repaired PROPERLY without new issues. On the only good note the receptionist May is very sweet. read more

I brought in my car for a bumper repair. My experience with Michelle the receptionist and Mike who managed the repair process for me was fantastic. I felt they went out of their way for me. However, my experience with Nick was terrible. He did not call into my insurance company for authorization. After chasing down the problem, which I really didn't have time for, I got the repair authorized a week later. Also, Nick never returned my phone messages. When I got my car back it looked wonderful. Vice's went out of their way to clean my car up, outside and inside, rims polished, headlight glass cleaned, vacuumed inside and washed outside. The repair was beautiful too. Overall I would recommend Vice's for your repair, just ask for another service advisor if you get stuck with Nick, unkess you have lots of extra time to follow up on him. read more

I had two appraisals scheduled for my car at Vice. When I got there, I had a big SUV and had a bad experience with one of the local car washes, then someone bumped into my rear bumper at my work. It took them 10-15 (mainly taking pictures) to give me this two lowest possible estimates that are so unreasonable that would make anyone laugh. In addition, while writing the estimates he, somehow, managed to help other people as well, looking over their cars, etc...What a horrible experience. This shop is a joke, they surely want your business though, they start you off with low balling and then submit additional 'estimates' to your insurance. Golden State or Kniesels are much more honest than these guys are. AVOID. P.S. I have checked Yelp before choosing this shop. Now, I think that majority of the positive comments on here are from employees, family and friends. LOL read more

I recently had someone rear-end my truck and was referred to Vice's by the other driver's insurance (Allstate). I decided to visit them and see if I liked the place (always a bit cautious when the insurance company recommends a shop...LOL). From the moment I walked in I was very impressed. I own a marketing company, so I notice customer service and the "little things" more than most, I suppose. I noticed A LOT. Clean office, modern decor, free water bottles (with Vice's logo), friendly and professional staff, the whole thing. The process couldn't have been more smooth. My rep was named Angel and she was in perfect communication with me, letting me know when parts were ordered and when they'd be in, etc. I had to have my truck back for work that following weekend and told her that I needed it by that Friday. It was ready right when she said it was. When I picked the truck up, it was spotless (they'd washed and vacuumed) and the repair was impeccable. Angel went above and beyond (she knows what I'm talking about) and I seriously couldn't be more impressed with her and Vice's Collision Repair. Oh, and I received a Thank You card the following week. Who sends thank you cards anymore!?!?! Well, my clients do because I recommend it, but Vice's does also because they get it. They've added me to their new client list and I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family. I love to reward companies who "get it" with more work.
