I did a stupid thing, and so needed to get my Tesla Model 3 in for a front bumper replacement. Collision Pros got my car back (early!) and just about right on the initial estimate. I felt like Brendan did a very good job at the initial inspection, and was very thorough in explaining about emergent charges (with which I am very familiar!) for which I was very appreciative. We paid out of pocket, and the pricing for the quality of the work is spot on. The work was fast (they had a bumper in stock) and they were great at communicating with me about a couple of parts needing to be shipped in. I accidentally rubbed my brand new Tesla against my garage door frame, leaving a scrape mark above the left rear wheel. After sending pictures to Collision Pros to get a quote, Cameron asked if I could bring it in for a closer look. When I arrived, he came out in the rain to look at it and offered to see what could be done with rubbing compound. He spent 15 minutes working on it, and made it 90% disappear. He explained the risk of if he got more aggressive at rubbing it out. It was good enough for me, and all at no charge! Hopefully I won't need repair services in the future, but if I do, I'll be back. read more

Collision Pro is an fantastic auto body shop. After a hit and run accident incident, our Cadillac CTS sustained major damaged to the front passenger door. AAA recommended and arranged for Collision Pro to repair the body damage. Great cost for the repairs. Collision Pro immediately arranged to get the repair parts ordered, scheduled the repair, and kept us informed every day. The CTS was repaired on time as promised. The repair was excellent. The fit and finish of the repaired door is excellent and the paint matches the rest of the car. After some dude ripped my front bumper off with his truck, my insurance helped get me an appointment here with collison pros. I was stressed out after my first car accident and wasn't sure what the repair process was going to look like. Everyone here was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Communication was consistent. I dropped my car off on Monday and had it in even better condition than before the accident by Friday! (Which also happened to be my birthday which was a great gift after all the stress!) Nino went above and beyond, I appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail. I had sweaters in my car that they even folded for me, who does that!! I was able to even drop off my rental with them and they were in communication with my insurance through it all. My Dad is 81 years old and his wife crashed their Tesla into the garage. They didn't want to claim it on their insurance (she has decided to give up her license willingly after this experience). Thankfully, the Tesla app recommended Collision Pros. I was delighted to see that they had a citrus Heights location that was centrally located between my dad's house and mine. The gentlemen Collision Pros thoughtfully listened when I explained the unique situation where I would be the technical "go between" and primary contact for the repairs. I have never had such an amazing experience with any repair shop before! I can't say I will ever buy a Tesla, but they made this experience as painless as possible. I was given text messages daily regarding the parts and labor. They were able to give us an estimate that was explained line by line and worked for my dad's out-of-pocket budget. At no time did they ever pressure us to do more work or to turn it into the insurance. I would wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop. They are honest and honorable. They are true to their word, and when we experienced delays in receiving parts from Tesla, they were upfront and proactive. Had my Tesla repaired and picked up two weeks ago referred by my insurance company. During the repair they would update you through text message every two days regarding the progress of the repair. The job was done ahead of the estimated time. Test drive for two days after I picked up the vehicle and found a small adjustment needed to be done. They fixed it within 30 minutes without any additional cost. Furthermore, the gentleman went out and got me a coffee from outside. I will say they have An excellent quality, Very satisfied responsibility and an outstanding service. read more

My wife had her car repaired here from a collision. The repairs seemed ok but about 2 months later her rear tires needed to be replaced well ahead of their wear schedule due to uneven wear because of the alignment. It seems this shop outsourced the alignment to another shop and refused to accept responsibility for the poor alignment work. read more
