Their staff, across the board, greeted us with only compassion and kindness. Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

She got a terrible cut on her leg from a grooming accident that required staples and stitches. Dr. B fixed her leg right up. They didn't even charge me for the follow up visit as the staples had already fallen out. When I took one of my girls in for a teeth cleaning, they took great care of her. I for before an after pictures and no extractions were required. This vet clinic also accepts my pet discount card- petassure. Dr. B is an incredible, experienced, kind, and talented veterinarian. I recommend his practice to all the animal lovers I know!

It now appears that the vet is closed, even though we've received no information from the vet directly that they've closed, just saw a pop up on the website. We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Goodman and Alyssa, the tech. They've were wonderful and helped us advocate for our dog when Dr. B either did not communicate with us or was not receptive to our concerns. One of our dogs had a mass removal surgery with Dr. B, who we never got to meet before the surgery. The whole situation from start to finish was poorly handled by Dr. B and the entire mass was not even fully removed. Other staff and Dr. Goodman did not agree with how the surgery was done and the aftercare by Dr B, including removing staples before they were ready. I witnessed a tense interaction between Dr B and a tech where they argued in front of me about if the staples were ready and the need for further pain meds and antibiotics. After discussing my concerns with Dr B that the mass wasn't fully removed, he stated he would do the second surgery for free if "I cared that much about my dog aesthetics". I explained that I was not interested in putting my dog under any time soon but that I was completely dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. Dr B crossed his arms and said he was sorry I was disappointed and didn't know what else he could do after offering to do the second surgery for free. I don't believe that Dr B should be practicing, whether this clinic stays closed or reopens. Hopefully we will be able to get our vet records.

Blood gushing, rushing to get luggage & find urgent care nearby. Was traumatic since we are not familiar with this area for emergency dog services. Thank goodness for 24/7 availability, the wonderful Dr. Iris Schaitkin and her incredible staff went above and beyond to put me at ease and immediately analyze, x-ray, applies stitches, etc. All explained to me calmly and in detail. Fortunately mostly paw pad and skin - no broken bones or removed toes/digits. Discharged with antibiotics and painkiller. Receipts, summary pdfs emailed immediately. Followed up in two days to refresh bandages and double check in injury. Good results: Healing well! So grateful and blessed to have found CVSG & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our Internal Medicine specialist referred us here and had spoken with them earlier and they were ready for him whenever we got there. He and I drove up from New Mexico and arrived in the middle of the night (about 1:30am). Everyone we spoke with was super kind and the doctor on call was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything to us and what we could expect. While the overnight receptionist made for a very bumpy experience in getting deposits and being able to explain what I was signing, everything else about our visit here was nothing short of fantastic and our boy would not be here if it wasn't for them. He went into surgery later that morning and while they did forget to call us before they went in, I spoke with the surgeon afterwards who shared all the details of how everything went. He was hospitalized for several days and the morning and evening updates along with daily visits I had a lot of interaction with the staff. There were a few times when I was visiting him where I felt like they may have forgotten about me but they do get extremely busy when multiple emergencies arrive. Every single doctor was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Bush, Dr. McEntire, Dr. Wigley, Dr. Sender, and Dr. Ineson - thank you doesn't seem to be enough to express how grateful I am for the care that was provided. It wasn't cheap but I didn't feel that their prices were gougy in the slightest when compared to other emergency vet care places.
