Fast forward, a couple years later, my husband and I discovered we were expecting baby number two. During that time period we decided to hire a suitable nanny for our busy family and schedule. Welp, third time is definitely a charm. Our wonderful nanny/doula, yep! that's right, she was also a doula. Our nanny was/is perfect ! The day of giving birth, my doula was constantly supportive, persistent and such a caring soul. Everything was perfect from rubbing my back, playing soft music and even playing the song "Push It" by Salt & Pepa lol. She allowed me to have my own opinions, seek the birth I desired and be an active participant in my care. I will never forget the beautiful ambience in that room prior, during and after giving birth to our beautiful daughter. Our nanny/doula has made an incredible impact for a lifetime. Loving, caring and checking on me and my family every chance she get. I am so grateful and fortunate that my family is blessed with such an amazing person who is now like family. Thank you Nanny Poppinz Bee Andre

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I would give zero stars if possible! This agency is completely…read moreunprofessional. I was in a bind for someone to watch my young son and thought going with a service would be safest...ends up I should have saved my energy! From the beginning I had my doubts. I initially emailed them after finding them online. Emails were answered quickly, but did not address me directly, they were simply answered in a few words or a sentence, unprofessional in my opinion....and this was from the President/Founder (Deneane Maldonado) in Florida. Yes, Florida! I wrongly assumed that a local person would be handling this, someone who hired and knew the nannies I might hire. After two days of correspondence (emails and phone calls) with Deneane working with me on a nanny placement, she mentioned, "Oh, by the way, I would not normally be the one handling your process". She told me her local placement woman (DeeDee) had just given birth, and so was on a short leave. Understood, it was just oddly presented. Then Deedee did contact me and was "back on the job" within a week. Wow! A week maternity leave! For the local placement director of a nanny agency?! Very interesting! Long story short, I interviewed 4 different women. They all had experience but I was not overly impressed with anyone. Because I really needed help, I went against my better judgement and decided to work with one of the women, Julia. We did a trial afternoon (which she was late arriving for) so she could get to know my son, and then set the schedule she would be working for us...weekends for the next 14 weeks. On Friday, FIVE HOURS before she was to be at my house, she TEXTED ME, to say she could not take the job. WHAT?! I could not believe this was happening and talked to her on the phone asking for an explanation. She said her current employer told her she would need to stay later and that overlapped with our hours. Since she thought it was better for me if I had the same person all weekend, and because her current employer was her first priority, she was canceling. I was livid! Canceling HOURS before a job, by TEXT?! Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this kind of behavior. I understand she had a prior commitment, but the change happened after she was committed to us. I would think that a current employer, or the service would insist that a job that was to start in hours, be seen through. DeeDee called an hour later to say she just got the message from her nanny, Julia and could she try to send someone else. While I appreciated her gesture, I was obviously NOT going to trust this service to send me someone else. Besides the fact that I was unimpressed with the other candidates, there was no way I was going to take a chance that this agency would take care of us in a way that I expect. Needless to say I will NEVER use this service and will be sharing this experience with every mom I know in SA!

What a professional experience. We just signed a contract with Windsor today. They have been so…read morethorough I can't express how that has led to us being so comfortable with entrusting them with our precious cargo. We I totally reached out via yelp ( based on fantastic reviews and a referral ) they got back to us immediately and setup an initial phone Q&A. They then scheduled an in home meeting with us where any and all additional questions were answered and we agreed upon the type of services that would be provided. Finally they sent over all documentation via Docusign promptly making payment and coordination with my spouse and I a breeze. Finally they sent us a list of all available nanny's providing the services we are hoping for. We are seeking temporary nanny services until our sun begins day care in the fall and they did everything possible to help us have continuity with 1 nanny during that time frame. I can't speak highly enough of this experience. Having vetted 5 other services, I can say this experience is top flight. I'll update once our nanny begins.

Our nanny's Driver's License expired, and they unilaterally fired her. No notice to us, her actual employers, they just sent a termination email directly to the nanny. When I raised serious concerns that their lack of communication and interference caused us considerable trouble, with the nanny threatening to walk away, I was greeted with condescension and finger pointing, not problem solving or resolution. Despite these failings, we attempted to engage with Windsor again for a new nanny search. We clearly stated what we were looking for, and offered a pay range within their publicly posted scale. The agent applied hard sales tactics to attempt to incite us to increase the rate to well above market, which was significantly higher than their publicly posted pay scale. We politely declined the pressure, and agreed to move forward with our preferred market rate. Instead of sending the contract, as we'd agreed, the agent sent a vague email referencing the agency's preferred, above market rate, and suggested yet another phone call would be required. I agreed, despite the unprofessionalism of this request, and went through the same time wasting process, again. At that point, and only then, did the "CEO" deem us unworthy of their business. You wasted my time and tried to hustle me. Drop the pretense.

You could read my review on how wonderful my experience first was on their other review page: https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-nanny-league-beverly-hills?rr=1 It was a truly wonderful intake experience! After 4 months, the family I had relocated 9 hours away for suddenly ended services. There was no discussion of anything going wrong and shortly before the end, had found out potential reasons as to how they most likely couldn't afford services anymore. It felt as though they were looking for a way out. At the first head, I contacted the agency addressing the situation quickly and they acted like they understood my side. As soon as things officially ended, whatever the family said to them, made me appear like I had done the worst thing imaginable. I have glowing references, have never had an issue with a family before or since, but Ashley did not help me with finding a new position, nor gave me the opportunity to talk about the situation again. I felt powerless and especially having had uprooted my whole life for this family, did not expect to experience an agency that did not support the nanny on top of that. I also should have gotten 2 weeks pay because due to the lack of proper reasoning for the treatment I received. It has been a year and I have since tried to reach out for potential families, applying, but I either get no response or, just like last week, an almost immediate email saying "The family has gone with another candidate," only to see the post on the website and up on their emails and social media, still very much active and seeking. It's disappointing to write this, as I had hoped the agency would have handled the situation with more integrity, ensuring I was heard, understanding the full picture, and helping me secure another placement. Nannies deserve protection. If a family can no longer afford services, that's understandable, but the way this unfolded left me in an incredibly disempowering position. If anyone is seeking an extremely qualified nanny with 15+ years' experience, newborns to 16-year-olds, private jet, UHNW, and fully staffed home, homeschooling, neurodivergent, behavior therapy and more experience, feel free to reach out! It's unfortunate when an agency holds so much power over a nanny's ability to connect with families. I share this to help others avoid a similar experience and to encourage seeking agencies that genuinely advocate for their nannies. It's in challenging moments that true colors show, and I must say, I am surprised, The Nanny League.
