I came there to replace my right passenger speaker and also thinking my subwoofer needed to be replaced but the guys running the shop informed me that the sub wasn't the problem at all. Most people would've took my situation as a potential gain for me to spend more money than I needed to but they got me right even with the price. They took off the old panel above my subwoofers in the back and covered it with some kind of foam material to allow my subs to boom without the rattling sound that made my speakers sound terrible lol. Took my suv in to get a double din stereo installed and got it back and my a/c controls didn't light up and a/c motor kept blowing. And the factory lcd screen didn't work anymore. Took it back and the owner told me that it was burnt out. Even told me I would have to take it to the dealership. It all worked when I dropped it off. When I told him he needed to fix it or we will have a problem, the owner became irate and started yelling to get my suv out of his shop. I got my sound done around my birthday in April of last year and my warranty was a year! I was told I can pay for an extension and it doesn't sound like a bad idea. I had one minor issue with a fuse in the past and you know that was a quick and easy fix. I guess I just recently blew out a stereo and thank god for my warranty!! They were able to swap it out, literally took less than 20 minutes if even 15! This is THE BEST STEREO place I know of in the I.E hands down. BEWARE!! A Bunch of HACKS! The owner is all mouth, and takes NO responsibility for his work. Went to have a Sirius Radio Installed and he said the on/off Volume button just happened to break, He wanted to take the radio out and wait to get a new button in two weeks. I took it to the Volvo dealer and they said the guys blew the fuse and corrupted the network software by plugging and un-plugging the connections at the antenna & radio controls. I needed to have my radio replaced, and I came in to look around and get a quote. I feel like audio places are a dime a dozen so I picked one at from a list of shops. From the moment I walked in to the store, I felt taken care of. Service is OUTSTANDING. I asked many, many questions so I could choose the right item and find out how everything works. Meno helped me at every point. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. And that made me feel very good. He takes customer service to the next level. I picked out a stereo, set an appointment, and came back the next day. I was able to wait in the waiting room while they completed the work. And, when they were finished, they showed me how to use the new radio. The response time on the Pioneer radio is slow and I'm not sure how I feel about the sound quality; but, that is a product issue, not a store issue. The kit they used to fit the radio in the car looked solid and clean. This was a big worry for me, but after seeing how it came out- I'm very pleased. One thing they didn't tell me was that they needed to drill a second hole to put a switch underneath the steering wheel near the radio. I wish I had known that ahead of time. Bottom Line: If you are even thinking about putting in a new radio, go here first. They will treat you right! read more

Manual the owner, took my expired coupon for window tinting. And he let me reschedule it once when I had to work late. He gave me a choice of 3 different tint levels. So I chose one of each level for each window pair. And he told me it would take up to 4-hours, and that they have free Wi-Fi. So I sat in their padded chair with armrests in their waiting room. And I used their high-speed Wi-Fi on my laptop computer to work, until my window tinting was done. It was finished on time. And it was a very good job. So I tipped them for their good service. And I highly recommend them for their good quality window tinting service. read more

My wife got a brand new car and I fell in love with her high tech audio/video system in her civic. I looked at my 2 year old Elantra and decided it was time to upgrade off the stock system that came with it. I had an idea about what I wanted and went in and talked to Andy. I came in wanting the Alpine app radio unit. He warned me against it and suggested the Pioneer 4100NEX. He didn't have a unit to demo but I took his suggestion on the strength and I was AMAZED at how good of a unit this was. He worked with me to get a great deal to get a backup camera and harness so my steering wheel controls still worked. He also installed the 2usb and an hdmi cable for the unit. The service is top notch and I appreciate the honest discussion about what's available. I wish i had've bought a deck from there sooner. I have NEVER been this satisfied with an install or a deck. Oh yeah, the install was PERFECT. No problems or scratched up interior..the mic was mounted perfectly and my bluetooth calls are crystal clear. The also, reminded me to keep my original head unit and removed it and left it in excellent condition just in case I get rid of the car. The pioneer deck is excellent and I have every single feature integrated with my android phone. I'm in my car 3 hours a day commuting and this makes a great way to pass the time read more
