My window was finished by 12:00 p.m. He explained everything I needed to know, including leaving the tape on for 4-5 days and not washing the car for 3-4 days. I really appreciated how professional he was and that he made sure I knew exactly how to take care of the new window. He even called me later to remind me not to get it tinted until 4-5 days after the replacement. You can tell Richard genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure everything is done right. He went above and beyond by following up after I left, which I really wasn't expecting, and it showed how much he cares about the quality of his work. It sounds like it's coming from my a-pillars that are attached to the sides of the glass. From talking to other glass replacement places, they all were going to replace those because supposedly they break whenever they remove the glass. Doing research online, everyone says to replace the moldings. My a-pillars were never replaced and I'm wondering why I'm hearing vibration now. Also, my rear view mirror vibrates like crazy now. I get dizzy even trying to through it. There was never an issue before until it was installed on this new glass. If you're looking for one of the cheapest glass installers this is prob the guys you should call but beware it won't be 100% quality.
