On the one hand, they responded quickly and got the job done clearing out our basement on short notice. On the other hand, I chose them based on their initial estimate for the job but it ended up ballooning by more than 4x after they showed up several hours late. They justified the price by saying that the dump they use charges $25 per electronics item (this should be more like $5 per item according to another junk hauler). We negotiated the final price including electronics after they had hauled all the electronics into the driveway separately, which put me on the spot as I really just wanted to have the job done. I should have gone with the company giving a higher initial estimate but with clearer pricing. They also could have cleaned up after themselves a little better-- I noticed some broken glass on the ground after they left. read more

An update! I wasn't sure I was going to purchase a big elliptical for my tiny place and was very wishy-washy about picking it up. The store does not do deliveries because of the pandemic. I contacted Victor and he made himself available- all day, everyday. Without hesitation. I finally decided to go ahead with my purchase and called him to pick it up for me at the store. Victor responded immediately and gave me a very competitive quote. He and Eduardo picked up the machine (250 pounds) and delivered it right to my living room. I have a flight of stairs that they had to carry it up. They are strong!! I don't trust anyone at my place, but from my first interaction with Victor, I knew I would call him for all my moving needs. Both him and Eduardo maintained social distancing and were wearing face masks when they delivered the heavy, gigantic machine for me.
