Took granddaughter to have nails done. The technician began to rush as new customers came into shop. Staff were rude and did not talk to customer. Middle finger was left red swollen firm and painful to touch which means an infection. You get what you pay for. Nails had to be repaired at different shop and at extra cost. this review gets one star only because it would not have allowed me to make my comment I went in the nail shop today for a gel manicure and pedicure- I have been going to this shop for over 2 years- the older man has given me a pedicure before and well it is never a good experience - i had gel polish on my toes but only maybe 4 toes and he charged me $7 to remove he didn't cut cuticles (that's what I really wanted) cut only a few of my nails and they were chopped on the corners and not straight didn't even cut the nails on my great toes thanks goo I didnt get polish or I wouldn't have seen the poor job of cleaning nails and the lack of filing and the cuticles not properly cut. when I asked about the $7 charge and they told me to remove gel I was blown away I ignored how rude Lewis was the last time I got a pedicure but I paid $31 for a pedicure that looks like a blind person did it- when I got home I had to re-cut and cut my own nails and file straight- FILE STRAIGHT I doubt this older man is a licensed manicurist we are about to find out if he is when I called to complain I was so upset , the gal who answered the phone said oh you come back NO THANK YOU I AM OVER BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP FOR SERVICES I PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Just got my nails done. Asked for a heart on my ring finger. He drew it sideways- I asked for it to be facing down, (not facing my side mail that's just weird looking ) and he took it off and said "I don't have time for you there's customers waiting"! Seriously? I'm a customer too and would like my nails completed! He rushed thru it and was hurried the entire time. Never again coming here! They should make the customer they have happy instead of rushing to get everyone done! And who says they don't have time for you? I didn't ask anything crazy just a freaking heart! Walked in stated we had an appointment, the lady then proceeded to say that we didn't have an appointment, and we didn't call. The poor excuse that was given was "we don't have a phone", then asked did we call the number on the door and we stated We did and spoke with someone here. I walked in with my mom and asked if they had time to do both of us. One of us was a gel, the other was a full in and a gel. Was told yes, and asked us to sign in. They started on mom after she signed in. I sat beside her, they used dirty tools on her. Then 3 others walked in and they asked them to sign in, they started on them immediately, same service.I just sat there. I changed my mind and as soon as mom was done, I walked out. Terrible customer service. This is their response: Dear Mrs, let us tell you something. First, we don't use dirty nail file. That is the color of them. We have separate stuffs for nails and pedicure. Second, you have powder on your nails, some of technicians don't do powder, they just do pedicure. So they can skip you. Some customers came before you, and they had to wait too. You didn't know because of your first time, however we know how to take care of customers. Finally, you can write anything you like . Just let know you that you should learn how to be patient. The last time I came here my nail tech was very rude. She was curt when speaking and just overall in a bad mood. I was very uncomfortable, but in spite of that I remained amicable and tried to engage in friendly conversation just to get curt comments and an overall attitude of tolerance. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for her or if that is the usual demeanor, but I won't be coming back to find out. The work wasn't good enough to outweigh the bad behavior. read more

My biggest complaint is when I pay for both a mani and pedi, yet rather than being allowed to relax during both, they want to double up and do them both at the same time. "Rest your tired feet in warm circulating water." That is exactly what their pedicure chart says. I've been going to this salon for 17-months and have always soaked in warm water for at least a couple minutes because to get rid of calluses, they need to soften, as do cuticles. My tech on Wednesday was new. she filled the tub but never circulated the tepid water. I was in the water for not more than one-minute. the customer next to me soaked for 5-10 minutes (she paid for a more expensive pedicure, but again any idiot knows to get rid of calluses and cuticles you need to soak for a bit in warm water.) I specifically mentioned calluses, and I was paying extra money to have calluses removed. the girl immediately went to the callus remover rather than me soaking. every two-weeks I do the same thing. they soak, then they apply the callus remover. I asked her why I didn't soak in water longer. my cuticles and callouses definitely needed to soften up a bit. she told me that this was their procedure. blah blah blah. I pointed to the man next to her and said, "he does my pedicures all the time and he definitely soaks my feet for at least a few minutes." his customer was sighing and raising her eyebrows - she didn't appreciate me complaining. I complained to the owner who said that all the techs do the same thing, and yet the pedicure board says, "soak in circulating warm water." "no no no we all do the same thing." I said, "that's not true! the man who does my fill-ins always soaks my feet for a couple minutes." that same man btw bruised my finger two-weeks ago because he squeezed it so tightly; it literally bruised within seconds. #1, you don't argue with the customer. #2, your service board says something specific, and yet you told me that's not your procedure, except I go there every two-weeks and it is your procedure! #3, it is damn rude to speak Vietnamese in front of your customers because we know that you're talking about us. Especially when a moment before, you were able to speak perfect English. And they never want to give their names out - the owner gave me three different names and I'm sure not one of them was hers. This was my first visit to this salon. Instead of acrylic or gels, I tried a new product called SNS dipping powder. The entire process for overlays took 45-minutes. No UV lights, nothing smelly. Happy with the process and final product. read more

I will NEVER patronize ANY of their locations again! I went to get a pedicure and a fill on my Pink & White Gel Powder. It took the staff about 20 minutes to figure out what I have on my NATURAL nails. Subsequently, the guy wanted to drill my NATURAL healthy nails with the MOST COARSE drill used for artificial nails. When I asked him to use a finer bit, he consulted with the young lady that speaks English most fluently. Once unsuccessful at convincing me to use the drill, I was then told that it was too late for me to get a pedicure. I signed in as a walk in at 5:40...and they don't close until 7pm. I was told that the lady I requested takes too long to do pedicures ...and get last customer had to be by appointment and before 6pm. NEVER!!!... have I ever heard such bull. I'm pretty sure I was refused service because I wouldn't allow them to BUTCHER my HEALTHY nails for a QUICK buck! read more
